The Praeg's Fried Turkey

Here are a few pictures of what you can do to a 12 lb. turkey @ 350 degrees in about 35 minutes in a deep fryer. Being very careful to lower the turkey slowly to avoid the hot peanut oil. The moisture in the bird will make the hot oil pop and splatter.(hence the long wooden handle)
