Suppose a driver either deliberately or ignorantly runs through a red stoplight at an intersection - whether aware or ignorant that red means: Stop! without going through the intersection - and a policeman happens to see it occur.

Will the officer turn on his red-and-blue flashing lights of his squad car and apprehend the violater, even though the patrolman does not know whether the violater did the offense deliberately or ignorantly, and/or whether the violater knew or did not know that red means stop the vehicle without continuing through?

(4) the named party wilfully (not under duress nor extortion) wanted part of their money in their account at that named bank transferred to the designated recipient as indicated by their declaration of the name of that recipient on the check and by willfully (not under duress nor extortion) signing the check authorizing that intention.
