Did you know that the TRUE God is partly defined by polygamy?

We're NOT talking about some make-believe allah concocted by a false prophet named Mohammed advocating arabic harems in some satanic-verses Qu'ran or Koran, either.

In our Judeo-Christian HOLY BIBLE (that is, both the Old and the New Testaments) it states that our God is "the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob" and Christ is of the line of "Ruth" "Judah" and "David" and "Solomon."

Consider the marital-record of those people indicated in Scripture:

Abraham had TWO wives (by whom he begot offspring!) who were Hagar and Sarah.

Gen 16:8 And he said, "Hagar, maid of Sarai, where have you come from and where are you going?" She said, "I am fleeing from my mistress Sarai."
Gen 16:15 And Hagar bore Abram a son; and Abram called the name of his son, whom Hagar bore, Ishmael.
Gen 16:16 Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore Ishmael to Abram.
Gen 21:9 But Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, playing with her son Isaac.
Gen 21:14 So Abraham rose early in the morning, and took bread and a skin of water, and gave it to Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, along with the child, and sent her away. And she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.
Gen 21:17 And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven, and said to her, "What troubles you, Hagar? Fear not; for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is.
Gen 25:12 These are the descendants of Ishmael, Abraham's son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah's maid, bore to Abraham.

Jacob had FOUR wives (by whom he begot offspring!) who were Leah and Rachel plus their two servant maids.

Gen 29:31 When the LORD saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb; but Rachel was barren.
Gen 29:32 And Leah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Reuben; for she said, "Because the LORD has looked upon my affliction; surely now my husband will love me."
Gen 30:9 When Leah saw that she had ceased bearing children, she took her maid Zilpah and gave her to Jacob as a wife.
Gen 30:10 Then Leah's maid Zilpah bore Jacob a son.
Gen 30:11 And Leah said, "Good fortune!" so she called his name Gad.
Gen 30:12 Leah's maid Zilpah bore Jacob a second son.
Gen 30:13 And Leah said, "Happy am I! For the women will call me happy"; so she called his name Asher.

Judah laid with one-time [temporary] harlot Tamar (who was thus in effect a one-time concubine) by whom he begot offspring!

Gen 38:13 And when Tamar was told, "Your father-in-law is going up to Timnah to shear his sheep,"
Gen 38:24 About three months later Judah was told, "Tamar your daughter-in-law has played the harlot; and moreover she is with child by harlotry." And Judah said, "Bring her out, and let her be burned."
Ruth 4:12 and may your house be like the house of Perez, whom Tamar bore to Judah, because of the children that the LORD will give you by this young woman."

[ Lineage-of-Christ Ruth was a widow, and it is admittedly not known if she had had intercourse with her first husband ].

David had at least two wives (and only Bathsheba he took in murderous adultery).

Gen 4:19 And Lamech took two wives; the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other Zillah.
Gen 32:22 The same night he arose and took his two wives, his two maids, and his eleven children, and crossed the ford of the Jabbok.
Deu 21:15 "If a man has two wives, the one loved and the other disliked, and they have borne him children, both the loved and the disliked, and if the first-born son is hers that is disliked,
1Sa 1:2 He had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah. And Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.
1Sa 27:3 And David dwelt with Achish at Gath, he and his men, every man with his household, and David with his two wives, Ahinoam of Jezreel, and Abigail of Carmel, Nabal's widow.
1Sa 30:5 David's two wives also had been taken captive, Ahinoam of Jezreel, and Abigail the widow of Nabal of Carmel.
1Sa 30:18 David recovered all that the Amalekites had taken; and David rescued his two wives.
2Sa 2:2 So David went up there, and his two wives also, Ahinoam of Jezreel, and Abigail the widow of Nabal of Carmel.
1Ch 4:5 Ashhur, the father of Tekoa, had two wives, Helah and Naarah; 2Ch 24:3 Jehoiada got for him two wives, and he had sons and daughters.

Solomon had even more wives and concubines
(one of whom was in the geneological line of Christ).

Ge 25:6 But to the sons of his concubines Abraham gave gifts, and while he was still living he sent them away from his son Isaac, eastward to the east country.
2Sa 5:13 And David took more concubines and wives from Jerusalem, after he came from Hebron; and more sons and daughters were born to David.
2Sa 15:16 So the king went forth, and all his household after him. And the king left ten concubines to keep the house.
2Sa 16:22 So they pitched a tent for Absalom upon the roof; and Absalom went in to his father's concubines in the sight of all Israel.
2Sa 19:5 Then Joab came into the house to the king, and said, "You have today covered with shame the faces of all your servants, who have this day saved your life, and the lives of your sons and your daughters, and the lives of your wives and your concubines,
2Sa 20:3 And David came to his house at Jerusalem; and the king took the ten concubines whom he had left to care for the house, and put them in a house under guard, and provided for them, but did not go in to them. So they were shut up until the day of their death, living as if in widowhood.
1Ki 11:3 He had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines; and his wives turned away his heart.
1Ch 3:9 All these were David's sons, besides the sons of the concubines; and Tamar was their sister.
2Ch 11:21 Rehoboam loved Maacah the daughter of Absalom above all his wives and concubines (he took eighteen wives and sixty concubines, and had twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters);
Es 2:14 In the evening she went, and in the morning she came back to the second harem in custody of Shaashgaz the king's eunuch who was in charge of the concubines; she did not go in to the king again, unless the king delighted in her and she was summoned by name.
Ec 2:8 I also gathered for myself silver and gold and the treasure of kings and provinces; I got singers, both men and women, and many concubines,

Hosea bought a woman (not specified as his first prostitute wife Gomer) and told her she had to belong to him and live with him many days.

Hos 1:2 When the LORD first spoke through Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea, "Go, take to yourself a wife of harlotry and have children of harlotry, for the land commits great harlotry by forsaking the LORD."
Hos 1:3 So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.
Hos 3:1 And the LORD said to me, "Go again, love a woman who is beloved of a paramour and is an adulteress; even as the LORD loves the people of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love cakes of raisins."
Hos 3:2 So I bought her for fifteen shekels of silver and a homer and a lethech of barley.
Hos 3:3 And I said to her, "You must dwell as mine for many days; you shall not play the harlot, or belong to another man; so will I also be to you."

Quite a family history! Full of polygamous skeletons!

Isa 4:1 And seven women shall take hold of one man in that day, saying, "We will eat our own bread and wear our own clothes, only let us be called by your name; take away our reproach."

Even the Law of Moses in the Pentateuch specifically tells people what to do pertaining to inheritance for offspring in the case of two-wife polygamy!

Clearly, Adam started off monogamous with merely Eve and no one else. And when Christ discoursed with the pharisees in Matthew 19:1-6, He also alluded to a monogamous one-man-with-one-woman scenario (with no intention of referring to the NON-related subject of forbidding homosexuality or homosodomy with some kind of an antipolygamously-worded Marriage Amendment).

But even Saint Paul in his New-Testament epistles restricts only "bishops" and "deacons" [NOT elders, mind you] from having multiple wives (with the intention, perhaps, of referring to both wives AND concubines).

1Tim 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt at teaching;
1Tim 3:12 Let each deacon be the husband of one wife, ruling his children and his own house well.

It is expensive and time-consuming to have more than one wife at a time, or a wife and concubine, wife and "mistress" - and although not sinful in the Scriptural sense (contrasted with secular liberty-stifling demonic statutes of questionably-"civil" law) - all women belonging to a man have to be provided for and not abused.

1Tim 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.
1Pet 3:7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with your wives with understanding, giving honor unto the wife as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers be not hindered.

In selecting and discreetly fondling an auxilliary-wife-like limited-OR-complete-["sexual"]-contact pre-teen (or especially teenaged) playpal, how young should the female concubine be?

Song 8:8 We have a little sister, and she has no breasts. What shall we do for our sister, on the day when she is spoken for?
Ezek 16:7 and grow up like a plant of the field.' And you grew up and became tall and arrived at full maidenhood; your breasts were formed, and your hair had grown; yet you were naked and bare.
1 Cor 1:1-9, 32-37 Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.
2 Nevertheless to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
3 Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence, and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
4 The wife hath not power over her own body, but the husband; and likewise also the husband hath not power over his own body, but the wife.
5 Defraud ye not one the other, unless it be with consent for a time only, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not through your lack of selfrestraint.
6 But I speak this by permission, and not by commandment.
7 For I would that all men were even as I myself am. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one in this manner and another in that.
8 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows: It is good for them if they remain even as I.
9 But if they cannot contain themselves, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn.
32 But I would have you be without cares. He that is unmarried careth for the things which belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord;
33 but he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.
34 There is a difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit; but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
35 And this I speak for your own profit, not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and so that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction.
36 But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age and need so require, let him do what he will--he sinneth not; let them marry.
37 Nevertheless, he that standeth steadfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.

Rape? Molestation? Assault? Should there be non-consentual force involved in taking a concubine for oneself?

Judges 21:23 And the Benjaminites did so, and took their wives, according to their number, from the dancers whom they carried off; then they went and returned to their inheritance, and rebuilt the towns, and dwelt in them.
Ex 22:16 "If a man seduces a virgin who is not betrothed, and lies with her, he shall give the marriage present for her, and make her his wife
Deut 22:28-29 "If a man meets a virgin who is not betrothed, and seizes her and lies with her, and they are found,
29 then the man who lay with her shall give to the father of the young woman fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife, because he has violated her; he may not put her away all his days.
Philemon 1:8-14 Accordingly, though I am bold enough in Christ to command you to do what is required,
9 yet for love's sake I prefer to appeal to you--I, Paul, an ambassador and now a prisoner also for Christ Jesus--
10 I appeal to you for my child, Onesimus, whose father I have become in my imprisonment.
11 (Formerly he was useless to you, but now he is indeed useful to you and to me.)
12 I am sending him back to you, sending my very heart.
13 I would have been glad to keep him with me, in order that he might serve me on your behalf during my imprisonment for the gospel;
14 but I preferred to do nothing without your consent in order that your goodness might not be by compulsion but of your own free will.

The question arises of if a man is - contrary to Malachi 2:14 - being unfaithful to the wife of his youth by seeking, finding, and loving another woman while he is married to a wife or belonging to one concubine already.

Mal 2:14-16 You ask, "Why does he not?" Because the LORD was witness to the covenant between you and the wife of your youth, to whom you have been faithless, though she is your companion and your wife by covenant.
15 Has not the one God made and sustained for us the spirit of life? And what does he desire? Godly offspring. So take heed to yourselves, and let none be faithless to the wife of his youth.
16 "For I hate divorce, says the LORD the God of Israel, and covering one's garment with violence, says the LORD of hosts. So take heed to yourselves and do not be faithless."

When general-public women are "legally" allowed to be misdressed immodestly, especially having an arrogant 'no-one-can-boss-ME-around' feminist-sexist immentality, erotic desire is forced upon and awakened in a sexually-lonely man.

Song 2:7 I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, by the gazelles or the hinds of the field, that you stir not up nor awaken love until it please.
Song 3:5 I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, by the gazelles or the hinds of the field, that you stir not up nor awaken love until it please.
Song 8:4 I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, that you stir not up nor awaken love until it please.
Eze 16:36 Thus says the Lord GOD, Because your shame was laid bare and your nakedness uncovered in your harlotries with your lovers, and because of all your idols, and because of the blood of your children that you gave to them,
Eze 23:18 When she carried on her harlotry so openly and flaunted her nakedness, I turned in disgust from her, as I had turned from her sister.
Song 7:1 How beautiful are thy steps in sandals, O prince's daughter! Your rounded thighs are like jewels, the work of a master hand.
2 Your navel is a rounded bowl that never lacks mixed wine. Your belly is a heap of wheat, encircled with lilies.
3 Your two breasts are like two fawns, twins of a gazelle.
4 Your neck is like an ivory tower. Your eyes are pools in Heshbon, by the gate of Bathrabbim. Your nose is like a tower of Lebanon, overlooking Damascus.
5 Your head crowns you like Carmel, and your flowing locks are like purple; a king is held captive in the tresses.
6 How fair and pleasant you are, O loved one, delectable maiden!
7 You are stately as a palm tree, and your breasts are like its clusters.
8 I say I will climb the palm tree and lay hold of its branches. Oh, may your breasts be like clusters of the vine, and the scent of your breath like apples,
9 also that women should adorn themselves modestly and sensibly in seemly apparel, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly attire
10 but by good deeds, as befits women who profess religion.
11 Let a woman learn in silence with all submissiveness.
12 I allow no woman to teach or to have authority over men; she is to keep silent.
13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve;
14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.
15 Yet woman will be saved through bearing children, if she continues in faith and love and holiness, with modesty.
