"Preoccupation(s)"
There's a vampire In the brush There's a phantom Beneath his robes There's bile in depths Filling his throat There are lies Within his mind Which do multiply As forked tongues wag The tales of deception And deceptions rock The tables of fate To a caustic dance Waltzing in blackened Curtains of scourge Concealing approaches Of plotted barbarity As reviled revelries Sing out of silence Propelling his regurgitant Formulas of insanity(s) Over his deeds unspeakable And his caliginous desires Of nothing more -- Than his preoccupation Of substanceless sustenance Over crafted prevarication(s) He has bided his time Conceiving all his lines And brewing exploitations Within his covert crimes There's a vampire In the brush There's a phantom Beneath his robes There's bile in depths -- Filling his throat.
