"Wild Canopy"
She slipped away -- Upon this eve's clock She raced as feathers Across the grounds Light and bounding Mysterious and delicate She tarried not Until she arrived Upon the perimeter And there she crouched Awaiting his signal Beyond the trees Beyond the trees Within the gardens Wild canopy She hoped he'd come She prayed he'd come And when he did -- She knew not What to do!
