Updated Message to the Readers October/07/02:
Greetings to my many faithful readers! Today's date is October/07/2002. I would like to inform all of you wonderful and generous readers and avid lovers of poetry, creative essay as well as the brave keepers of the American rights of appropriate Freedom of Speech Amendments of the most recent development.
The individual known as the, "Flesh Eating Bacteria," and other similar expressive namesakes within this, "Poet is Crisis," website has written me an e-mail. I received this e-mail just today. It is apparent to me that this is the very individual portrayed in Lady Lost's many poems and other artistic expressions due to his own statements, demands and threatening overtures as revealed in his e-mail.
This individual admits that this webpage holds his identity anonymous. This is quite true as you many readers realize already there is no potential possibility that any of you could learn of his identity as this site has never revealed any identifying information (Examples: location, precise physical description, address, precise age, name, e-mail location, Et. Cetra)! This refraining action on my part has been extremely consistent.
However, despite this individual's concurrence that this website in no manner identifies him he continues to demand I alter this site to his specifications. I assume the latter portion of this statement, as he did not clarify what alterations specifically would please him! I will refuse to alter this website as it remains in this author's rights and in my rights to present this page as it stands today! The law remains specific in these matters. An author may write of his or her own personal traumas as well as of his or her own unique experiences. It is this simplistic in nature!
In addition, despite his concurrence that the contents of this page do not reveal his identity he insists that this website in some mysterious manner, as I view it, jeopardizes his well being. He states that he is in a state of fear due to this website and its plea for the support of Lady Lost's many readers and fans! He appears to infer, as no other form or inference makes any remotely logical sense, that this website in some manner seeks to locate underworld or violent sources of aid for this author. As you many faithful readers know, this page has requested that no illegal action be taken to halt the behaviors of this individual listed as a perpetrator within the many poems, essay expressions, and other artistic works within this site.
It is apparent to myself, as the agent of this author, that logically no illegal activity could be undertaken, as the identifying information regarding this individual has never been revealed to a single reader! Rather any readers who has been contacted by this individual has been asked to come forward and provide their own information. These same sources have been told that without corroborating evidence of actual contact with this individual they would not receive any significant information. Alas these sources would not be granted even the mere acknowledgement that the individual they reveal to myself is or is not the same individual without extensive authenticating information and evidence of the validity of this information. The preponderance of this presented evidence would have to be overwhelmingly significant indeed before any remote or infinitesimal fraction of information could ever be offered in return.
Nonetheless, this individual has the loathsome impudence to demand I alter this website! He continues to threaten stating that unless I pander to his ultimatum he will create his own website. Within this website he threatens to create he states that he will list his vulgar claims against Lady Lost and he will list Lady Lost by poetic pen name as well as by her Christian given name. I find his behavior extraordinarily offensive. In addition, I find his statements of fear for his well being to be incongruous and groundless. I view this behavior on his part as additional examples of his maniacal manipulation and his intimidation agenda. I believe he is attempting to create another, "co-victim," with these ludicrous statements. Moreover, in this form of demand he appears to seek to silence and further isolate our beloved Lady Lost. This website in no way places this individual, as he remains listed in purely anonymous terms, in jeopardy!
I do wish I could have received permission to publish his actual e-mail upon this site so that all you many readers could view his communication to your own discriminating satisfaction. I further apologize for my inability to do this.
I thank the reader's of this page once again for your patience and persistence in your much appreciated viewing habits! I invite all readers to write me with any questions or comments you may have. As you know in advance, there are again many details or specifics I simply cannot divulge to you at this time.

I will leave this offer on the table until the date of 1-10-02 at which time, if I have not heard from you or your attorney, consider my offer rejected and will file my claim and begin the process of strengthening and presenting my case to the courts.
In closing I request that you give careful consideration to my offer, as once I file my claim this case will take on a life of its own and I will be extremely reluctant to settle for anything less than a trial by jury so I maybe fully exonerated from the maliciously false allegations that have been leveled against me.

This is my final plea that we come together to mediate a solution to the legal issues that confront (Lady Lost) and myself. I do not know if you are aware of the fact that I did attempt to negotiate a resolution with Pamela on 12-18-01 . These talks went so poorly they only managed to purify the steel in my resolve to bring my case to the courts . (Lady Lost) is incapable of forming two sentences without inserting four lies . This is the reason I am addressing my final plea solely to you .
The first point I must address is the fact that regardless of any agreement or understanding we may come to I am obligated to deliver my case file to C.P.S. , which has this case noted , and will do so . (This point is non-negotiable) The second point is that its obvious neither of us wants to go to trial so I implore you to consider giving mediation a chance. As I stated to (Lady Lost) on 12-18-01 I am engaged in this legal matter as much out of principle as I am to recover my damages. If the principle that I am fighting for can somehow be satisfied this would go a long way in reaching a settlement. This principle, of course, is having (Lady Lost) cease her predatory nature against people in general and your son specifically. If I can not be given assurances of this kind, I will proceed in filing my claim.
This brings me to my final point, my case. (Lady Lost) seems to think my case is "garbage " and can not be substantiated or proven and perhaps you feel the same. I assure you my case will have a fighting chance.
It's also a fair statement that if this case goes to trial it is going to get ugly . I possess several of (Lady Lost's) writings that make references to disease, mental illness , blood , needles, poisons , doctors , excrement , abuse and other related matter . I fully intend to subpoena (Child's) medical history and link at least one of these reports to (Lady Lost's) writings. I will also be testifying to (Lady Lost's) statements made to me regarding diseases, and abuse, including claims she made that you had slapped, kicked and violently shook (Lady Lost's Child's Name), all of which I will be linking to writings authored by (Lady Lost).
In addition I am in the process of procuring a witness who has stated that (Name of Friend of Lady Lost's) was privy to talk of poisonings and that (Lady Lost) was engaged in an affair with Mr.. (Last Name Of Lady Lost's Good Friend) . I will be deposing the (Name of Friend Repeated) , both husband and wife , the (Neighbors Never Contacted) , several other people and will call you to the stand to testify . (Your attorney will explain to you that you do not possess husband / wife confidentiality privileges in issues pertaining to child abuse.}
As far as showing that (Lady Lost) was the one who released (Friend of Lady Lost's Name), she made the mistake of leaving both her keys and shoeprints at the scene of the crime. Add into this mix her statements to Detective (Officer Name) that you and I were conspiring to have her harmed, and her claim to Detective (Officer Name) that you have stated that she hates (Lady Lost's Child) and you have an inkling of what my case is going to be like.
In return I expect your attorney to portray me as a crazed stalker, out of touch with reality. As I have stated this is going to get ugly if it goes to trial and I am acceptable to negotiating in good faith to put an end to this ordeal. However, I am resolute in presenting my case to
the courts if this cannot be accomplished .

In addition, I would be open to splitting all proceeds 50 / 50. (90/10 for any screenplay I may create and sell). It remains interesting to note that Lady Lost never indicated to this alleged perpetrator that he could not tell his story as he saw it within his own personal opinion. What Lady Lost did refuse, and continues to avidly refuse, was the use of her poetry, essays, other written expressions and the use of her name and the names of friends and members of her family and/or acquaintances. I repeat for clarity, that Lady Lost continues to REFUSE to allow her creative works to be used in any manner, which would support such ludicrous claims! In addition, Lady Lost likewise REFUSES her family name, the names of friends and the names of acquaintances to be used in any project connected with this alleged perpetrator's maniacal project. The accusations of this alleged perpetrator are entirely without grounds! I have viewed Lady Lost's child and he is in excellent health. In addition, this child's history stands without a shred of valid or logical evidence by which to remotely support this perpetrator's claims.

Here (alleged perpetrator) insists he has the right to continue harassing people and digging for juicy tidbits of information. (Alleged perpetrator) contacted (friend in distant location) probably by going through my house and violating the restraining order, to acquire (friend's) home number and address -- also (alleged perpetrator) contacted the doctor who delivered (child) and this doctor, who was retired from actual practice, told me on a taped phone conversation that after the initial portion of (alleged perpetrator) spiel to him for information he concluded that (alleged perpetrator) was rather disturbed. This later doctor did make a police report upon my request after I spoke to him about what had happened.

If you do not revise your page you will force me to exercise my American right to self protection by establishing my web page in order to see that the internet masses have the whole story, and not just your side.

It must be noted than this alleged perpetrator knew Lady Lost for a time period of merely approximately four months! In addition, this individual did not spend any time whatsoever with Lady Lost's child. Lady Lost did not make any statements to this individual to lead him to believe she was at any time guilty of perpetrating the heinous crimes his so flagrantly accuses her of! Rather, Lady Lost attempted in earnest to speak to this individual and describe to him her actual reality. To this opportunity he remained entirely unresponsive. This is my final plea that we come together to mediate a solution to the legal issues that confront (Lady Lost) and myself. I do not know if you are aware of the fact that I did attempt to negotiate a resolution with (Lady Lost) on 12-18-01 . These talks went so poorly they only managed to purify the steel in my resolve to bring my case to the courts . (Lady Lost) is incapable of forming two sentences without inserting four lies . This is the reason I am addressing my final plea solely to you .
The first point I must address is the fact that regardless of any agreement or understanding we may come to I am obligated to deliver my case file to C.P.S. , which has this case noted , and will do so . (This point is non-negotiable) The second point is that its obvious neither of us wants to go to trial so I implore you to consider giving mediation a chance. As I stated to (Lady Lost) on 12-18-01 I am engaged in this legal matter as much out of principle as I am to recover my damages. If the principle that I am fighting for can somehow be satisfied this would go a long way in reaching a settlement. This principle, of course , is having (Lady Lost) cease her predatory nature against people in general and your son specifically . If I can not be given assurances of this kind, I will proceed in filing my claim.
This brings me to my final point, my case. (Lady Lost) seems to think my case is "garbage " and can not be substantiated or proven and perhaps you feel the same. I assure you my case will have a fighting chance.
It's also a fair statement that if this case goes to trial it is going to get ugly . I possess several of (Lady Lost's) writings that make references to disease, mental illness , blood , needles, poisons , doctors , excrement , abuse and other related matter . I fully intend to subpoena (Child's) medical history and link at least one of these reports to (Lady Lost's) writings. I will also be testifying to (Lady Lost's) statements made to me regarding diseases, and abuse, including claims she made that you had slapped, kicked and violently shook (Lady Lost's Child's Name), all of which I will be linking to writings authored by (Lady Lost).
In addition I am in the process of procuring a witness who has stated that (Name of Friend of Lady Lost's) was privy to talk of poisonings and that (Lady Lost) was engaged in an affair with Mr.. (Last Name Of Lady Lost's Good Friend) . I will be deposing the (Name of Friend Repeated) , both husband and wife , the (Neighbors Never Contacted) , several other people and will call you to the stand to testify . (Your attorney will explain to you that you do not possess husband / wife confidentiality privileges in issues pertaining to child abuse. }
As far as showing that (Lady Lost) was the one who released (Friend of Lady Lost's Name) , she made the mistake of leaving both her keys and shoeprints at the scene of the crime . Add into this mix her statements to Detective (Officer Name) that you and I were conspiring to have her harmed , and her claim to Detective (Officer Name) that you have stated that she hates (Lady Lost's Child) and you have an inkling of what my case is going to be like .
In return I expect your attorney to portray me as a crazed stalker, out of touch with reality. As I have stated this is going to get ugly if it goes to trial and I am acceptable to negotiating in good faith to put an end to this ordeal . However, I am resolute in presenting my case to
the courts if this cannot be accomplished .

Here (alleged perpetrator) insists he has the right to continue harassing people and digging for juicy tidbits of information. (Alleged perpetrator) contacted (friend in distant location) probably by going through my house and violating the restraining order, to acquire (friend's) home number and address -- also (alleged perpetrator) contacted the doctor who delivered (child) and this doctor, who was retired from actual practice, told me on a taped phone conversation that after the initial portion of (alleged perpetrator) spiel to him for information he concluded that (alleged perpetrator) was rather disturbed. This later doctor did make a police report upon my request after I spoke to him about what had happened.
