1) It appears that the alleged perpetrator has written to the Cyris site by way of the website's guest book? Yes, it looks that way. It matches his MO to a T. Another "hit and run comment" of slander. This is one of his tricks. Along with the failure to provide any valid supporting statements or evidence, failure to ask questions in any manner which would truly allow for or invite a candid or accurate response.
2) Can you give the readers more examples of this? Sure, there are tons of examples: 1) There was the time he contacted an out of state friend of mine and played all kinds of coercion games with him, telling this friend that he (the A-P) has a "dossier" of evidence on me and then failing to send it. 2) Threatening this out of state friend in many areas and then telling this friend that he (the A-P) was going to send the "dossier" to the FBI and then again failing to do this. 3) The way the A-P behaved in some phone calls with me, threatening over this "dossier" (his word for it) then refusing to provide it. Failing to provide any other valid evidence beyond the invalid vague statements regarding unmentioned evidence and my poetry without being able to quote more than a line here and there from the poetry. When one realizes that I've written thousands of works, a line here and there isn't anywhere near adequate. Moreover, he wasn't acting trustworthy, he's more than proven himself untrustworthy by stalking for a year by then, so I wasn't going to commit anything 100% definite based on a line here or there mixed in with droves of coercion statements from him. Moreover, the lines he did quote, lines not entire poems, has absolutely nothing to do with my son. These were adult works about adults in adult situations. The way he was acting I couldn't even be positive that he was quoting those lines accurately. As it turns out, he was definitely presenting those vague lines way out of context. 4) The way in the phone calls he continued with a total failure to hear the definitions of the poetry, which was nearly impossible to define under the vague and incomplete and out of context presentation he offered in between all his coercion techniques. He refused to hear the reality of these works all together and his focus remained unrelentingly on his coercion efforts. And general terrorism through coercion mixed with his other terrorism attempts over time. 5) His failure to provide the police with a valid "dossier" and his failure to stop stalking. 6) His failure to provide anyone involved with a valid "dossier." 7) His failure to provide you, Gunther, with a "dossier." 8) His failure to provide my husband with a "dossier." That failure with the dossier factor goes on forever. Why? Because there isn't a dossier beyond his wrongful redefinitions of my works and his own deranged unsupportable opinions, his redefinitions and skewed and warped assumptions of police statements, and perhaps the evidence of the trauma he has created and it's corresponding effects. Anytime a victim is stalked, especially through the first year or so, there's a great deal of negative and lasting impact or consequences on that victim's life. There are major drastic changes in lifestyle and other related factors. There's a lot of depression and anxiety and inadequate coping mechanisms. "Person-in-situation." The victim is forced to rely heavily on the currently available support systems and if those systems are inadequate also the situation gets worse. So the victim who may have had a reasonably tidy productive life or was on the upward move to an improved life suddenly slides back or loses significant ground, and that person's life turns into an overt disaster zone. Some ignorant people look at that and don't understand how it works, but it's as simple as the concept of, "Person-in-situation." A stalker, like the A-P, looks upon this huge mess that he has created through stalking, looks upon all of that as evidence supporting his sick twisted claims. In reality, the whole train wreck is his own fault for perpetrating the violations upon the victim. It's a nasty snowball effect -- result or consequence of his own stalking behaviors as reflected in the victim's life. The A-P's "investigation" has been nothing more than stalking. But then, I believe he may know this and that he even planned it this way. And if he doesn't know it then he's even sicker than I originally thought. Despite all of this said, the negative consequences on the victim's life do not equal child maltreatment from the victim. Indeed, the child maltreatment comes directly from the stalker through the other changes he causes in the victim's life (I.E. finances). The trauma he (the A-P) has created follow his original threats to me when I broke off that four-month relationship with him. It's really incredibly pathetic and mentally disordered that anyone would even seek to keep such threats, but he did and he's probably very proud of himself for what he's done. He's simply despicable. Only an absolute lowlife zero would get his gollies out of creating victims and co-victims. When I say only a lowlife zero would get pleasure out of this, I mean only the kind of lowlife zero as I've expressed in the trilogy series and on this website's works. Only a bottom of the barrel kind of nut bunny, anyone else would find this kind of stalking pursuit (such as what the A-P has delighted in) as both unworthy of their time and a shameful mark on their character.
3) Could the alleged perpetrator have performed his "investigation" in a less disruptive and destructive manner? Absolutely yes. He has had many opportunities. The first was, before I knew he was a stalker, when he was offered time with my son and he declined it resulting in the reality that he has never met my son. The second, also before I knew he was a stalker, occurred after I broke off the four-month long relationship with him, due to his controlling behaviors, and offered him friendship, which he also declined in his vendetta's rage. That friendship would have been an excellent opportunity to remain in the inner loop and thus obtain the real scoop on things. Plus he's had other opportunities. He has consistently discarded every single opportunity he ever had to learn what reality is. He even hit the accelerator and sped away from the co-victim on one occasion when the co-victim, being tired of years (nearly two years) of stalking, attempted to approach the A-P's vehicle during a stalking episode to speak to him. The co-victim was unarmed and planned to do nothing more than talk to the A-P. The A-P allowed the co-victim to get within about ten feet of his vehicle before he sped off. The A-P was in a vehicle; the co-victim was on foot and out in the open and again unarmed. Still the A-P was uninterested in listening to what might be said. This nut puppy A-P doesn't want to talk to anyone who might disagree with what he wishes to believe, no matter how demented and incorrect the A-P's beliefs are -- he wants to hold onto them. Quite frankly, if so many dangerous crimes hadn't occurred around this stalking, in other words if the A-P had run his investigation like and investigation rather than a stalking frenzy, he may have gotten more of a glimpse of the reality pre-stalker than he got through stalking. However, we're discussing a person who doesn't live in reality and doesn't wish to live in reality because it's more sick ego fulfilling and whatnot to live in stalkersville.
