The hounds snap --
Barking in darkness
Is he about --
Once and again
Is he prowling
Has he discarded --
Cyber stalking
For belly slithering --
In real time
Late at night
When everyone sleeps
When no one's heard
Not even a mouse
Squeaks anywhere around
The silent house
When no one's awake
To bake his behavior's --
Foul rising cake
Of cowardice's dough
When no one's about --
To clean his clock
When no one sees --
To mock his name
Within the shadows
Of poltroonery's hunt
When no one's there --
To return his scare
Or ridicule his stare
In black night vision
Without the suns glare
Revealing his presence
Minus his pleasures
Of craven plundering
Without a single --
Risk of challenge
This is how stalkers --
Play their games
Belly slithering --
In real time
Late at night
Cyber stalking
Always hiding --
Wimpy wimpy stalker
It becomes pathetic
Without warranting --
A shred of empathy
Nor a scrap of respect.

**This work is yet another example of this author's terror changed to anger. The title of this work does not indicate that victims should cease viewing their stalkers as dangerous predatory individuals. Indeed stalkers are both predatory and dangerous; however, they are also cowards. Victims, please do not become complacent with your security measures due to the deceptively pitiful behaviors of your stalker. A stalker is another type of domestic abuser and he can become hazardous, even lethal, at any moment. All victims should consult with specialists regarding appropriate plans of self-defense in their individual stalking cases. Additionally, victims must remember that a Court Order of Protection or Restraining Order will not protect them from their stalker(s).
