(Off the Cuff Answers)
1) What was that secret something you spoke of in the poetry featured on this website? Are you referring to that item with the silken coils or whatever I all said about it -- the item I kept on my person at all times? "Yes." OK, that would have been my transcript (RD#1) when I had it in my sole possession still. It depicts my feelings and thoughts in response to the stalking and spying on my friends when I had this transcript and truly I was convinced that if he got 1/2 a chance he'd try to get his hands on it (I.E. he has definitely displayed a fixation on my poetry as evidenced by his E-mails and phone conversation content during the lull between court order's of protection). These were a small part of my thoughts at times when I had this transcript here and felt a great deal of concern for it's wellbeing (avoidance of its exploitation type of thing). Before I sent it off to the ultimate safety!
2) The individual (flesh eating bacteria, remains my favorite term) claims you have caused him damages. What is he speaking of here? Well, as far as I can tell it's a multi-layered wackadoodle doo formula. It goes as follows:
A) I broke off a brief (approximately four months -- friendship and dating combined) relationship with him in October 2000.
B) He threatened in essence to destroy my life, hurt me like I'd never been hurt before, etc. etc. etc. (as in Enumeration's).
C) Had he not done B) then D) would have never happened.
D) Following police advice I got a Court Order of Protection against him.
E) Instead of getting the message (I.E. that I would follow the legal options) he chose to go with F).
F) He began stalking me. Initially there was no contact so I had no idea of exactly what was going on. I just got the idea that I was being observed and whatnot (which is seriously not typical of me)… By late November 2000, I knew I wasn't imagining my feeling of being observed and threatened.
G) Instead of stopping this insanity in time -- he chose option H).
H) He proceeded to continue stalking me and so I filed police reports against him.
I) Instead of stopping at this point (perhaps seeing that his activities weren't achieving anything desirable for him) he chose J).
J) He kept stalking and then transferred to friends of mine and began stalking them too.
K) More police reports were filed against him over time.
L) Instead of stopping he still kept going and once the first Court Order was expired he began to send me and others threatening E-mails (being extremely careful within all of them to avoid admitting what he was truly doing) and had a few similar phone calls with me.
M) Instead of stopping at this (after hearing from me that I wasn't going to give him anything he wanted + hearing the reality about things he believed to be true -- those absurd things he believes to be true that are in reality totally NOT true!) he chose negative option N).
N) He kept stalking and I got the second Court Order of Protection out against him. Once police are involved this is simply what you do. Without the rather useless Court Order there is even less police protection.
O) Instead of stopping at this one -- he chose P).
P) He kept stalking -- and his primary-overt target became a friend of mine. On a covert level there was a lot more than this going on (in my experienced viewpoint).
Q) Who knows what else he's done that I am unaware of. I believe he's attempted to contact many people to make his sick claims against me and to try to dig for information about me (not an unusual activity for this kind of person).What he is doing here is not only an act of severe deception (to his sources or more co-victims), but it is also slander against ME. If he is doing this he is spreading seriously incorrect and deranged misinformation about me.
R) Somewhere along the line he became beyond obsessed with my poetry which was on the Internet at the time (on the original Angelfire site).
3) What was the reason he became obsessed with your Internet poetry? Well it expressed a lot of raw emotional material -- processing. And a person who is determined and loony tunes could probably twist the actual meanings and/or purposes of these works around to the maxim -- which he did.
4) Who do you believe was actually damaged in this situation? Quite obviously his victims! And truly who knows how many co-victims are out there that he has abused, harrassed or made party (through deception or perhaps he's completely insane and believes what he states?)to his activities in some way.
5) Can any of his victims do anything to pursue a legal remedy here? It would be too challenging. Extremely costly. Hideously time consuming. Normal people have a ton of responsibilities to attend to and oftentimes an equal amount of financial burdens. Just a daunting amount of realistic barriers. Also stalking tends to leave the victims with less than all their resources by the time such options appear needed and viable. So not at this time. If it becomes necessary I will pursue it to the full extent that the law will allow.
6) What one thing about this webpage is the most disappointing to you as the author of the books and the poetry presented? The total lack of responses by its readers! However, the page hasn't been accessible for very long, so perhaps that might change. By the way, I like the, "off the cuff," addition made to the title of this page! Really this is a point that probably NEEEEEDS to be clarified as much as possible -- all things considering the opportunities for total misinterpretation!
7) How would you wish for these potential co-victims or others (those who have been made a party to his behaviors not knowing what they are actually doing) to respond at this time? I'd like them to contact me, of coarse, and tell me what has transpired in their situation with him! I would like to warn them about what they are getting involved with when they make themselves vulnerable to him.
8) Are you working on any more poetry to submit to this page? Yesssssssssssssss……. A few items perhaps.
9) Do you think the readers will enjoy these opportunities to read your replies to specific questions? Hmmmmmmmm, can't tell! Perhaps some of them might be curious about who the author behind the works is.
10) Do you as this author in crisis feel like you are working against time to achieve your desired outcomes (in your writing and other goals of importance within your life)? Yes, absolutely.
11)Has this individual (referred to as the flesh-eating bacteria in your own poetic artistic flare) completely destroyed your life? Beyond rebuilding I believe is the key phrase here that ought to be added here…….. Let's just say that I've become keenly aware of the joyful potential of a substance called Zoloft and if I need to use it I certainly will ifffffff and I can get it! I've also recently become aware of Paxil and even Trazadone for the sleeplessness -- two more options if it comes down to that. What he totally overlooked in his twisted quest to ruin all aspects of my life was the reality of meds that are available to help a person cope with a loony tune like him! I'm definitely not saying I have a history of this kind of med use because I don't. I've never been medicated in this fashion ever before! However, one hears about these things and is oftentimes encouraged, even pressured, to use these chemical resources by the experts when one is in a prolonged situation like this. It does seem to reach the point where the person being stalked has to do something to maintain whatever they can of their life. Trazadone is, of coarse, a heavy-duty tranquilizer -- but I've heard it's a heck of a great sleep aid. Zoloft is an anti-depressant, which basically quashes the depression, and I've also heard it makes you not care about anything too much. Paxil is used for the anxiety. So we'll just see which way things go…. Whatever is necessary -- I don't really have much of a choice as things stand. I don't plan on allowing him to finish off my life. However, as I've said before, the first and next move is up to him as that is simply the nature of stalking -- until I see a better, legal, opportunity at least. Hopefully a better opportunity is waiting for me right around the corner!
