Greetings to my many faithful readers! Today's date is October/07/2002. I would like to inform all of you wonderful and generous readers and avid lovers of poetry, creative essay as well as the brave keepers of the American rights of appropriate Freedom of Speech Amendments of the most recent development.
The individual known as the, "Flesh Eating Bacteria," and other similar expressive namesakes within this, "Poet is Crisis," website has written me an e-mail. I received this e-mail just today. It is apparent to me that this is the very individual portrayed in Lady Lost's many poems and other artistic expressions due to his own statements, demands and threatening overtures as revealed in his e-mail.
This individual admits that this webpage holds his identity anonymous. This is quite true as you many readers realize already there is no potential possibility that any of you could learn of his identity as this site has never revealed any identifying information (Examples: location, precise physical description, address, precise age, name, e-mail location, Et. Cetra)! This refraining action on my part has been extremely consistent.
However, despite this individual's concurrence that this website in no manner identifies him he continues to demand I alter this site to his specifications. I assume the latter portion of this statement, as he did not clarify what alterations specifically would please him! I will refuse to alter this website as it remains in this author's rights and in my rights to present this page as it stands today! The law remains specific in these matters. An author may write of his or her own personal traumas as well as of his or her own unique experiences. It is this simplistic in nature!
In addition, despite his concurrence that the contents of this page do not reveal his identity he insists that this website in some mysterious manner, as I view it, jeopardizes his well being. He states that he is in a state of fear due to this website and its plea for the support of Lady Lost's many readers and fans! He appears to infer, as no other form or inference makes any remotely logical sense, that this website in some manner seeks to locate underworld or violent sources of aid for this author. As you many faithful readers know, this page has requested that no illegal action be taken to halt the behaviors of this individual listed as a perpetrator within the many poems, essay expressions, and other artistic works within this site.
It is apparent to myself, as the agent of this author, that logically no illegal activity could be undertaken, as the identifying information regarding this individual has never been revealed to a single reader! Rather any readers who has been contacted by this individual has been asked to come forward and provide their own information. These same sources have been told that without corroborating evidence of actual contact with this individual they would not receive any significant information. Alas these sources would not be granted even the mere acknowledgement that the individual they reveal to myself is or is not the same individual without extensive authenticating information and evidence of the validity of this information. The preponderance of this presented evidence would have to be overwhelmingly significant indeed before any remote or infinitesimal fraction of information could ever be offered in return.
Nonetheless, this individual has the loathsome impudence to demand I alter this website! He continues to threaten stating that unless I pander to his ultimatum he will create his own website. Within this website he threatens to create he states that he will list his vulgar claims against Lady Lost and he will list Lady Lost by poetic pen name as well as by her Christian given name. I find his behavior extraordinarily offensive. In addition, I find his statements of fear for his well being to be incongruous and groundless. I view this behavior on his part as additional examples of his maniacal manipulation and his intimidation agenda. I believe he is attempting to create another, "co-victim," with these ludicrous statements. Moreover, in this form of demand he seeks to silence and further isolate our beloved Lady Lost. This website in no way places this individual, as he remains listed in purely anonymous terms, in jeopardy!
I do wish I could have received permission to publish his actual e-mail upon this site so that all you many readers could view his communication to your own discriminating satisfaction. I further apologize for my inability to do this.
