1) He addresses his e-mail communication to myself as Lady Lost's poetic agent.
2) He accuses Lady Lost of being, "Capable of sinister and fantastic manipulations of people to cause (him) legal and physical harm."
3) He admits this webpage leaves his identity entirely anonymous.
4) He states he fears for his safety. This point he states in some manner despite the ironclad longstanding anonymity of his identity and/or all identifying features withheld on this site.
5) He demands I, "Revise (this) webpage within 72 hours."
6) He coninues to threaten that if I don't revise this webpage he will create his own rebuttal page and title it,"Rebuttal Statement to Lady Lost's (a.k.a. Poet's Christian Name) and svanludwicks webpage by (his Christian Name). A case of child abuse."
7) He continues to threaten to slander Lady Lost further and in his detailed statements he lists how he will do so.
8) He states he will solicit witnesses to his page.
9) He states he will feature Lady Lost's poems, infringing upon the copyright laws, and define these works. It is significant to note that he did not participate in the writings of any of these works he proposes to define, nor did he take into valid consideration the opportunity wherein Lady Lost herself defined some of these works for his benefit. He, in fact, disregarded every proper definition, which was at one time granted to him.
10) He states, "this is a matter to be negotiated or go through the courts."
11) He states this matter is, "Not to be aired over the internet for any crackpot to take an interest in it."
12) He reiterates that if I do not revise my webpage, "(you) will force me to exercise my American right to self protection by establishing my own webpage."

I am indeed rather surprised at his blatant incongruity as displayed within his e-mail communication. It baffles me that this individual would wish to step away from his current status of anonymous entity and declare himself publicly, thus creating for himself a public spectacle of his identity. It does not follow reason that this individual levels charges at Lady Lost and myself for jeopardizing his safety within this anonymous format while he speaks of his intent to reveal his identity.
It appears to me that he wishes to reveal himself and thus gather whatever prestige he envisions will occur from this revelation. It is a pity that he did not provide me with permission to publish his complete e-mail within this website. He could have done so without permitting me to utilize his actual name. However, this enumerated version will have to suffice for this site's many readers whom I do not believe to be either obsessed with him nor of the crackpot variety.
I consider his e-mail to display a great deal of egotistical rubbish within its generalized wording, demands and rampant insinuations. It shall always remain undeniable that he has received the option to cease with his behaviors at any point to avoid the continued consequences, which he clearly does not wish to suffer with. It is evident to me that his version of behaviors, which he has repeatedly and incorrectly, labeled an, "investigation," denotes his state of mind. Investigations for many logical reasons should remain in the hands of professionals not common people with suspected or alleged psychiatric disorders.
It further amazes me that he proceeds to label Lady Lost as paranoid. It is extremely well documented that persons plagued by a stalker do reacted with tremendous fear and that this fear is quite frequently listed as paranoia by those under-trained masses who come into contact with these victims.
This is a heinous form of abusive discrimination is far too similar to the discriminatory treatment victims of the crimes of rape and domestic violence received prior to the acceptance of the validity of these crimes and the innocence of the victims. The crime of stalking remains on a nebulous plain for the time being. However, with the increased numbers of victims this crime will eventually receive the recognition and attention it deserves from both the public and the law enforcement community!
It is not in the least manner surprising to me, as Lady Lost's agent, that this individual insists he is not a stalker. This denial of activities is extremely common with these perpetrators. The evidence of this denial amongst stalkers is overwhelming and extraordinarily well documented within every single article and book on this subject.
The notion that this individual feels endangered, physically and legally, by this site's existence demonstrates a definite pattern of both paranoia and vanity, as this site has always been anonymous. Thus he could have ever so easily avoided this recognition by refraining from furthering his behaviors through repetitive coercion efforts. The problematic portion of these individuals is that they are not capable of ceasing their behavioral patters despite any discomfort these behaviors may cause them.
I will reiterate my own request that all readers of this site refrain from conducting any illegal remedies to repair this situation or to halt this individual's behaviors! I realize that should this person persist in creating his own site you, as readers will have access to it. I ask you to resist any impulse you may develop to strike out at this suspected disordered individual in any illegal or violent fashion regardless of how offensive his site may prove to be.
