Greetings Readers, October, 13,2002
I am horrified to report that this very morning it appears that this Alleged Perpetrator, portrayed herein, attempted to shoot a horse, by method of using a long-range rifle, at (Lady Lost's Male Friend and Fellow Ranch Owner's) premises. The bullet missed this equine victim (the horse) by merely 6 inches. In addition, the owners of this property were standing directly in front of this horse when this incident occurred. Moreover, an individual matching the description of the Alleged Perpetrator has been sighted repeatedly near this, above mentioned, property pointing a device which appeared to be a long range rifle with a lengthy and prominent scope affixed to it over the past week. This individual has been observed training this device onto various targets upon the property. Additionally, one Lady Lost's watch dogs has shot 5 days ago and this poor creature still suffers with a bullet hole in her between her inner shoulder blade and chest. I have in my possession photographs of this injured watchdog.

Text Message: Today (Name of Alleged Perpetrator) in his black Jeep Cherokee was spotted parked by the mailbox belonging to (Name's Of Lady Lost's Friends and Fellow Ranch Owners). (Lady Lost's Male Friend and Fellow Ranch Owner) wife, (Wife's Name), witnessed the sighting. When (Wife's Name) drove up to the driveway and saw (Name of Alleged Perpetrator) parked there she states that he acted very suspicious and sped away. The green truck the (Name's Of Lady Lost's Friends and Fellow Ranch Owners) own was vandalized last night at an unknown exact time. When (Wife's Name) attempted to drive this truck to work this morning the shock system attached to the rear tired exploded off causing the truck to have a major tire blow out. The side of the truck is damaged. I suspect (Name of Alleged Perpetrator) tampered with this vehicle, but of coarse we do not have photographic evidence or multiple eyewitnesses to any vehicular tampering. We don't stay up all night stalking (Name of Alleged Perpetrator) even when he stalks us! You know (Name's Of Lady Lost's Male Friend and Fellow Ranch Owner's) phone number if you have any other questions. Again I do not take responsibility for the actions or inaction's of other adults. However, simply because no one else contacts you doesn't mean these things aren't happening! It appears to me that (Name of Alleged Perpetrator) is seriously escalating at this point. It is simply NOT normal or acceptable to spend all of one's time camping in the desert, watching people with binoculars from the desert campsite, photographing dead animals in someone's yard, doing drive by(s), shaking one's fist at another while doing drive by(s), following a persons vehicle when they are out running errands that have nothing to do with (Name of Alleged Perpetrator), and parking outside the residence of a person who does not know you and does not want to know you. I think he's going to do something really horrible eventually. Do with this as you see fit.

I would like to add that Lady Lost did not receive any communication from the police department in response to this fax-transmitted letter. I do loathe to add that this lack of response is not abnormal within the law enforcement community in regards to stalking situations. Today this new and horrifying event has occurred. Within this event, it is my belief, that this Alleged Perpetrator is once again taking out his hostilities against what Lady Lost so accurately phrases as the innocents and the helpless. These activities on the part of this Alleged Perpetrator demonstrate his behaviors as indeed dangerous, cowardly and deranged. Please join me in extending prayers towards this gentle poet. Thank you!
