I have contemplated this horrendous crisis, which plagues Lady Lost and other associated with Lady Lost (those many so poignantly referred to as the co-victims, innocents and helpless), and I have come to a weighty conclusion in regards to what I must do should these incidents continue to occur. I add this particular page to my website to grant a fair and generous gentlemanly warning to this Alleged Perpetrator who has invited himself to this site despite the reality that he is not welcomed herein. I will begin by denoting one miniscule singular portion of this warning by stating that should this individual persist in acting out illegal brutalities upon the innocents, helpless and co-victims, should this individual persist in committing illegal activities I will enact my design one step at a time. Should this individual merely be suspected within the preponderance of reasonable evidence and corresponding analysis of this evidence of having performed an illegal activity, I will proceed to publish the following items: The America Case DR Number(s) and the locating County information. Should this prove inadequate I will continue to publish various photographs, video, audiotapes, court documents, and other items of interest. I do not and will not abide by the abuse of these others termed as the innocents and helpless. I will employ and remain in close communication with my technicians, legal advisory team, and journalistic advisory team. I am revolted and enraged by this individual's behaviors. I am a gentleman of great wealth and influence and I will not, adopting a rather charismatic phrase, "stand idly by," and observe these activities without acting a resolution one step at a time. The initial steps will be small and relatively painless. Those following are guaranteed to create a larger ripple within the American waters, now peaceful and permitting of his preposterous behaviors, within his small insignificant tide pool of existence. I hold within me the full comprehension, that should this deranged individual view this page, he will not experience sensations of discomfort or concern. This is typical for his maniacal species. These individuals do not feel anxiety or concern within circumstances where others would be overwhelmed with these logical feelings. He will likely view this gentlemanly warning not as the act of generosity as it is but as an act of challenge. This is additionally ludicrous. I don't joust with this type of individual. I do not wish to enter into a tournament with him as it would be similar to fighting a rodent in a fencing match. Gentlemen's sports are played with others of equal standing. Nonetheless, I will not sit, "idly by," while this individual, this Alleged Perpetrator, commits these and other illegal acts. I am appalled by the lackluster attitude of the law enforcement professionals within this domain where these acts are occurring. I am disgusted by the inadequacies of the law enforcement agencies responses to these circumstances as they are inadvertently creating a state of lawlessness where civilians must enforce their own methods of control over situations such as these. This is indeed a clear invitation to an open war amongst the victims and the perpetrators of such crimes. This invitation to an open battle becomes, over time, a circumstance where the victims have few options but to emmerse themselves into such a battle due to the continuation and the nature of the illegal activities perpetrated against them. I must ponder the awareness of Law enforcement agencies in regards to this battle they create through their inactivity. In addition, the consequences for such a battle hold potential to destroy many persons both innocent and guilty. I must ponder the wishes of individuals within these law enforcement agencies, do they truly find it preferable to mop up the blood sodden disasters and casualties rather than enacting reasonable and dependable preventive measures? How many casualties are acceptable to these law enforcement agencies? How much media attention do they wish to enjoy in response to their failures within such cases? Are the reports of death easier to complete than the continuous paperwork associated with an effective investigation? I have no doubts the deaths are less costly in terms of hours, effort, and human resources than effective and perhaps long-term preventative measures would be. Readers please stay tuned in. Remain observant of the information panels located on the side bars of this website's entries for my fulfillment of this promise should the Alleged Perpetrator make the choice to continue committing illegal acts against the most innocent and the helpless victims.
