Update: Beg March 2006 (Flatiron rock climb)
Mike and I went rock climbing on flatiron, about 25 miles east of Phoenix. Route: Sidewinder, 3 pitch 5.10. Rangers thought we were dirt bag climbers by the way we looked... so here are some photos.

Me at the top.

Mike at the top.

Awesome dihedral.

Update: March 11-14th, 2006 (Colorado trip)
Went to Colorado to attempt Mt. Sneffels; however, weather was really bad. Went with Steve, Todd, and Will ...and Steve's dad, who took us there in his HUGE RV. Awesome trip.

This is me in my "Mango Mountain Man" one-piece suit by Patagonia. Warm and weatherproof... in addition to being the "brightest" guy on the mountain.

Steve on the hike in... weather was BAD!! Ended up turning around and did something else.

Saw an ice climber climbing this roof. Pretty impressive!

Here's my "Mango Mountain Man" suit put to use.

The following day, we decided to do a couloir. Here's Steve and Todd up to their balls in snow! Post-holing galore!!!

The route up the couloir.

Me, "Man, I'm having so much fun suffering in this crappy weather!!"

Steve leading up, Todd behind him.

Steve continue to lead up, soon to reach more technical terrain.

Me, "Yes, I'll volunteer to get helicopter-ed out."
