"I bought this house because that's the sitcom law. Your show gets picked up for a second season and you buy a house--or Bob Newhart comes and beats you with a stick," jokes Perry. Above, left: The dining room area, where Perry has yet to sit; above, center: the master bedroom. Heavy blackout drapes block out the sunlight so Perry can catch up on much needed sleep. A second bedroom-office houses an elecetronic arcade game. Above, right: Matthew doing some work on his bed while wearing cute dog slippers (didn't we see those on an episode of "Friends" before?)
Above, left: The pool as seen from the sunroom. Above, center and right: Perry hired Jennifer Aniston's interior designer, Brogan Lane, to help him warm the all-white walls and create cozy spaces where he can retreat after a demanding day. "I like furniture you can plop into," he says. He also likes candles--further proof of his softer side. "It's not the most masculine thing in the world, but I love lighting every candle in this house and listening to music. It calms me."
