Perform technical support in the area of networking for Premium Platinum, Gold and Silver customers. Using my soft skills to talk with the customer in a friendly, yet professional manner, my responsibilities included gathering data, research and troubleshooting. In addition to assisting the customer over the phone, I would perform lab setups/problem replication, customer network configuration, network debugging and writing Change Request for the code running on the device. Many, if not all of these methods would be performed towards a resolution in a timely fashion. Account management is necessary to document all correspondence and work done for the company’s top customers. This position entailed working alone and in a team environment. Worked during first and now third shift, with minimum management intervention.
