EARealA : Soap operas are hard. Sometimes there is a lot of dialogue to learn every day but I enjoy it very much.

Question : are you going to be playing in any more movies???-Lisa-
EARealA : Lisa, movies - that depends on what the big guy upstairs has in mind for me and right now I am concentrating on "Soldiers of Fortune", "General Hospital" and working out every day!

Question : Where did you get your name from?
EARealA : My name came from - my Mom was tutoring some French students at the time and she liked this one gentleman named Real so that's where it came from.
EAMC Host : You are from Canada right?
EARealA : Yes, I'm from Vancouver, BC.
EAMC Host : Great! Lets take another question from the audience!
Question : Did you go to the International School of Liege?? (I think I heard you lived in Belgium? Like me? Thanks, "Emeroid".
EARealA : No, I've never lived in Belgium. I've never been there but I would like to go there.
EARealA : I've been to Denmark though!
EAMC Host : Here is a question from Talie23
Question : General hospital is such a great show and your part was great esp. when you were with Maurice, why did you leave?
EARealA : I didn't leave - I had no choice. We originally wanted to do both shows simultaneously and it was too much work so Soldier of Fortune got first choice but now that I am on hiatus, General Hospital wanted me back so I'm back and its great!
We just got an old writer back and you can see the change in the script. General Hospital will let you vary a bit from the script and feel spontaneous and if they like it they will let you run with it.

Question : how did you get into show biz??
EARealA : FoxeRoxeY - they needed a young African American boy for a movie and in Vancouver and there was not a lot in my small town so I was able to get the part.

Question : How did you like playing a sword-wielding immortal on Highlander?
EARealA : That was probably my third most memorable role. I loved playing period pieces. I did Lonesome Dove as well. But there is something about doing a period piece and by the time you get your outfit on its so cool!

Question : Hey what do you do in your spare time?
EARealA : In my spare time, 90% of the time is working out. When I'm not working out I'm doing Tybo I also love cars and going to swap meets.

Question : how has being in the spotlight changed you ?
EARealA : No, it hasn't changed me. It's a blast being in the limelight. It has been 18 years of struggle so now it is a real blast. I remember times when I couldn't get a stamp to send a letter and now I love being able to go to the bank machine knowing there is money in there and now I'm able to help with my parents mortgage and I love that.
My family has been very supportive about my goals. they have been great! That is actually really easy for me to answer. I've always wanted to do a movie like Raging Bull or Rocky I - I have that background and I would like to do a movie that has that quality. My agents used to fight tooth and nail about being put in for a "black" role. Its frustrating but ...

EARealA : Negative. But, I am the marrying type! I would like to have 3 kids. I've got it all set up at home so all I need now is the wife and family.

EARealA : Eating hot tamales, driving a 39 Chevy sedan with suicide doors ... but I would like to own a Zebra - because I have black and white stripes myself. It kinda represents me. I love animals. I have goats, chickens, roosters, 2 dogs, pitbull mixes.

Question : Why did you decide to be an actor?
EARealA : Well, why grow up when you can make movies. That's one of my favorite sayings! Its like being a little kid, you're playing army, you're running around, and now as an actor you get to do it and get paid for it!

EARealA : Well I have in my house I have a wall of inspiration and on that wall from left to right I have Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Abraham Lincoln, Wilma Rudolph Jack Nicholson, Robert DiNiro

EARealA : I love my hair cut - no more muss and fuss - I've been shaving my head for 4 years so I don't even know if it will grow back now! :)

Question : did you enjoy making soldiers of fortune?
EARealA : I love it. It's the action! I love it because of my athletic background, my martial arts training, so I love the action on "Soldier of Fortune".
EAMC Host : Do you get cast as a meanie mostly?
EARealA : Well I used to because I wasn't able to be so picky but now I can be more particular.
EAMC Host : What has been the most challenging scene in Soldier Of Fortune so far?
EARealA : We did a scene where we were all in jail and we had to do a scene where we were turning against each other and they let us improvise and it did get kind of touchy. It was hard to do because it was a racist thing but I had to remember that we were just acting.

Question : What training, if any, do you have to go through for the role? and can you really fly a plane?
EARealA : I can fly a plane like you've never seen -- as long as its on film. My martial arts training, weights, weapon training. I have spent a lot of time going to ranges and practicing shooting. Harry Humphries was our technical advisor who took us through a mini boot camp to put us in that mind set.
EAMC Host : Here is one from IAndrew927. Do you like doing tv or movies better and why?
EARealA : I like doing it all! Its all different and that's the cool thing about it because its never the same. I mean I have never had a day where I have said I don't want to go to work today.
EAMC Host : What are Chances greatest strengths and weaknesses?
EARealA : His greatest strength would be his spirituality - his weakness, I don't think Chance has any weakness though.

EARealA : I don't know what I'm looking for but I know when I find it I will know it in my heart. If you were to look at all the girls I have dated you will never see a common denominator with any of them.
