The first episode is called "Homega Man".

We see that Homer survived (WooHoo) and everyone else dies. Homer is driving anda car is stopped in the road. Homer tries to get the guy to move, but he's not! So Homer goes up to him, punches him, and the guys head turns to ashes. Homer decides to celebrate abd goes to the movies. The theater is filled with dead bodies. Homer cant see b/c of the gut in front of him. He yells down in front, and kicks the guys head in. Homer goes dancing naked in the church, b/c after all who's gonna stop him. But not everyone died. The "Mutants" come into the church and try to kill Homer. They say that they'll have a perfect society once

Homer is gone. They say that they prefer freaks or monsters to mutants. Homer runs away and steals the hearse. The mutants chase after him and take a hot rod. Homer drives to the simpsons house, and runs inside locking the door. He sees that his family has survived. The many layers of paint on the house saved the simpsons. The mutants break in and Marge convinces them to live together. But, the family picls up rifles, and blows all the mutants away. So whats the family going to do now - steal Ferraris.

Fly vs. Fly
Homer and Bart go to a yard sale at Prof. Frinks. He says good morning to one of them and good afternoon to the other. He says it just passes 12 noon, so hes right. One of his robots tries to get away, and Frink catches it. Bart wants to buy a pair of color changing, lava lampy, pants. Frink shows Homer a matter transporter for $2. Homer says I'll give you 35 cents. Frink takes it. Homer takes it home and puts it by the fridge. He is sitting on the couch and reaches over and opens the fridge. He thinks he grabbed a beer, but he grabbed the cats ear medicine. He chugs it and spits it out. He then lugs it to the bathrrom and puts it in front of the toilet.

Back at the couch he gets up, stands in front of it, and pees into the matter transporter. The machines reside in the kitchen, and bart decides to have a little fun. He gets the dog and cat to go in. By accident a dog with 2 heads comes out, and then a cat with 2 tails comes out. A fly lands on Bart and he imagines being a superfly. He goes into the portal and comes out with the body of a fly. The flys head is on Bart's body. Bart tries to fly out the closed window, and finally finds an open spot. Bart is ina spiders web screaming for help. When the spider comes bart laughs at it and flies away. The fly finds the container of sugar and starts eating from it. Marge hits it with a broom. Bart flies into Lisas room and gets his attention. He rests on her lamp and the silhouette of barts head is shone on the wall. The fly is trying to kill Lisa and homer says that nobody likes a tatel tale and tells lisa to get him a beer. The fly tries to kill Lisa, and lisa hits it with the microwave door, and the fly falls into the portal. Bart flies in and teh two come out again back to normal. Bart destroys the portal, and Homer says hes gonna kill Bart for it.

This part take splace in 1649 a.d. The townspeople burn a witch at the stake and so far they have killed 75 witches. God must be happy with them now. They're talking, and decide that they must accuse someone else of being a witch. Mrs. Flanders, and Lisa are just a few of the names thrown out. They finnaly accuse Marge and decisde to push her off a cliff. If she lives, shes a witch, if she dies, she died a good christian death. Lisa tries to put a stop to it saying that its against the bible to kill. Wiggum says that the bible says a lot of stuff. They push Marge off and she flies! Marge confesses that she did everything. She makes a giant gopher, and carl into a woman. Marge flies back to her lare, and Patty and Selma are huddled over a large brew. The only thing left that they need for the brew is Durwood, Marge decides to get it from Homer. Marge knocks on the flanders door. He asks who it is. Marge says its a witch. He comes out waving around a cross, except that that doesn't work on witches. Marge grabs thier Rod and Tod and puts them in a bag and starts to leave. Ned pleads with Maude to do something. She brings out little gingerbread men, they have no bones she says. Marge decides to trade. SHe brings Ralph back to his parents house, and he thanks Marge for not eating him in exchange for food. The sea captain syas that this will be the first Halloween. The next year everyone goes around asking for food. Homer dressed as a lady throws eggs at a house. He breaks all the windows, except its the simpsons house.

Trouble begins when Homer tells Bart to stop Lisa from playing her Sax, and Bart causes it to fly out the window. Soon it is flattened, and Lisa is crying. Homer tries to chear her up, but fails miserably, and thus begins to tell the story of how Lisa got her Sax. Unfortunately, it turns into the story about Bart's first day of school: Bart is excited about the first day of school, yet his first day becomes a nightmare. He isn't what one would call gifted, and the teacher proceeds to call him an idiot. At the end of the day, he goes home crying, and Homer and Marge go and see the Counselor for help. After a mix-up of thinking Bart was gay, instead of Milhouse, the Counselor declares that Bart has no hope, but Lisa should go to an elite private school.

The next day, Bart decides to act as the class clown, and calls himself "butt man" for attention. Homer and Marge try to get Lisa into an elite private school, but it costs too much money. Marge tells Homer they have to find a way to use their AC money for Lisa. Unfortunately, a heat wave has just hit Springfield, and Homer can't stand it. Homer is about to buy an AC, but then sees a music store, and buys Lisa a Sax. It cuts back to the present where Homer uses the AC money again to buy Lisa a new Sax.

This Episode was the worst ever this season. First off, it was less reliable of depending on past episodes than the Tree House of Horror episodes; Bart was shown to be evil in Marges womb; and Lisa's present Sax was from Bleedin' Gums, I was about to yell at the writers for messing up so much. Second off, the jokes were horrible and many times things were done just to fill time, such as the full beginning, the song and the live audience part, which had nothing to do with anything. I give it a D+.
