The Principal

We pan in to see Ranger headquarters and Walker's truck parked out side.

We hear Alex Cahill's voice telling an answering machine (maybe) She thanks walker for dinner and dessert (ahem) and good luck on his work out.

We then come to Walker working out on his self endorsed machines and other things, where we also see past footage from Undercover (yes that's Trent's abs ladies. And what a fine set)

As Walker finishes his work out with his friend Max Henson (high school principal) Max tells Walker that he thinks one of his faculty maybe tipping off drug dealing students to when random searches are performed. Walker offers his help and Max smiles.

A shop class is going on and the teacher ends class and a few students lag behind, close the door and blinds. The male teacher comes from his desk and begins to pass out small packets of "Rock" (as in drugs)

A young boy, Danny, hasn't been making his quota and the teacher wants to make sure Danny won't get chicken. Just then the security chief comes in (he looks a lot like Mr. Clean without the earring) and the teacher tells him to close the door.

The students leave the room and the Security Chief tells the teacher that he thinks the prinicpal is catching on to their operation.

*****Beginning Credits*****

At Ranger HQ, Walker is preping Carlos. Carlos is adorning a white undershirt, black leather long jacket, a gold chain, hair slicked and a gotee. Carlos tells Walker that he's Billy Gato (Billy Cat. Meow baby) in from Chicago and is looking for a hook up in Dallas.

Trivette questions him about Mojo Burke asking of Gato's background, Carlos responds that Rudy Gambino had the connections to let Carlos fly the coup. And when Carlos has enough to get Mojo all he says is Mucho dinero and Walker/Trivette come in and bust up the party.

Back at the high school the ten dealers are in the streets beginning their selling rounds. One female teacher (Renshaw) sees this and corners one of the boys (Johnny) taking inventory in the auditorium. Johnny threatens the female teacher and is caught by the principal who has the security chief on his heels.

The security cheif is told to turn Johnny over to the police, but the guard (BJ) takes him to the shop teacher who puts sense into Johnny to take the fall. The teacher gives Johnny his story.

We then move to see a parking lot where Walker and Trivette are listening to Carlos play Billy Gato and talking to Mojo.

Trivette is surprised that Carlos is being taken as Billy Gato (Nice earring and gold chain Carlos is sportin') Just then BJ the security guard from the High school comes in for a quick sale to Mojo and Carlos gets antsy.

"Billy" gives Bj the once over and determines that he's a cop. Mojo says that BJ is security and the link to the HS deals. Carlos isn't happy about this but plays it off as the more business the better.

Back in the truck Walker decides they've got enough and it's time to go in.

Just as they leave for the building where Carlos is, Carlos says the majic words "Mucho dinero" (lots of money). Walker and Trivette come in and bust up the party. As Walker catches up with BJ and his friend, Trivette has Carlos (Billy), Mojo and others cornered. As Mojo creates a little problem "Billy" decides to try and escape. He takes an nice swing at Trivette and hits him. Trivette returns the hit and holds "Billy" asking why he did that. Carlos' respose is to be believable and create a better cover ( I didn't know Carlos could bounce)

Back at Ranger HQ, Principal Henson is talking with Walker and Trivvete to find out if BJ had given out on who he was supplying at the high school. They haven't gotten that info and Max Henson goes back to the school.

After school principal Henson is walkking the halls and passes by the shop class where he over hears the shop techer talking about the supply being low to his student dealers.

Just then Henson enters and takes in the scene. He confronts the shop teacher Boltz and the two begin to fight. Boltz gets Henson into a head lock and crushes his neck in front of the boys.

Danny (one of the dealer boys) is startled so much that Boltz has to tell him to check the hall twice before he does it.

Now at CD's, CD is getting on Jimmy's (Trivette) case about getting a dog. As does Alex and Walker, telling Jimmy that it would be cruel for the animal because Jimmy is never home. So Jimmy sees this as a losing battle and gives up (maybe he'll get a fish).

Walker looks up and sees the news focusing on his friend's high school. CD turns up the news and Walker hears that his friend Max Henson died and is being ruled as suicide.

Walker goes down to the hospital morgue to meet with the police medical examiner for a cause of death. The medical examiner tells Walker he was pretty messed up, but the cause of death will be ruled as a fall from a high place (inconclusive in motive).

So Walker makes a few calls so that he can go under cover at the high school as a new principal and Trivette would be the new head of security.

At Borroughs HS the teachers are gathered to meet with their new teacher, Ms. Renshaw and Mr. Boltz are talking about this new principal.

Walker comes in with Trivette and introduces himself as Scott Miller and Trivette is James Dawson. "Mr. Miller" then asks what has been going on at the school and what problems have there been.

No one is willing to speak up except for Ms. Renshaw. After she tells "Mr. Miller" the problem, Mr. Boltz comes up and voices his opinion on former principal Henson's death as suicide due to all the stresses.

The group leaves and "Mr. Miller" and "Mr. Dawson" talk about how Mr. Boltz is a bit suspicious of them.

Walker goes into the principal's office and begins his work as we then see a fight outside on the school grounds between a few boys.

"Mr. Miller" runs in breaking up the fight and the students ask him why's it his business.

Miller identifies himself to the kids as their principal and tells "Mr. Dawson" to give the boys something to work off their extra energy. Mr. Bolts comes up to "Mr. Miller" after the fight and tells him those are his students, but he has no clue as to why they were fighting.

Just then Ms. Renshaw passes by and "Mr. Miller" asks to see her in his office.

We then see "Mr. Dawson" working the boys with pushups, running and other excercises to disperse their extra energy.

We then see Ms. Renshaw entering the principal's office and the two talk about how to curb the school's drug problem. "Mr. Miller" suggests an assembly and Ms. Renshaw thinks that would be great, but the past assemblies have been disasterous.

At the assembly the students are very unruly as "Mr. Miller" and Ms. Renshaw stand in the front of the auditorium. She points out that she was right of the distaster, and Miller retorts his "see",as the assembly begins and he gets their attention.

The assembly is of self esteem with the Power Team performing various shows of their strengths and how that is like breaking the chains of drugs.

The leader of the Power Team picks Danny out the audience to handcuff him.

Danny does so and the leader breaks the chains, symbolizing ending the vicious cycle of drugs.

During this presentation Mr. Boltz is less than enthusiastic. After the assembly, Boltz and his dealer students gather and Boltz announces they have a new supplier.

Danny gets a change of heart from the assembly and says he doesn't want to do this anymore.

Mr. Boltz isn't happy and hits Danny and tells him that he continues his work or dies. Danny falls back in line and meanwhile Trivette "Mr. Dawson" sees that there is a meeting going on in the shop room.

He then follows Danny and a few other boys and inquires about Danny's bloody lip. Danny and the other two guys with him that Danny fell. Of course Trivette doesn't fall for it, but anyway.

In the local jail we see Carlos sportin nice jail orange (very nice) with Mojo. The two are talking and Mojo is spilling his guts about who he thinks is going to try and take over his turf.

Carlos sees this as good info and signals a rather large jail guard by tugging his right ear. The guard comes by and bumps Carlos. Carlos and the guard exchange words and Carlos tries (though fails miserably) to hit the guard.

The guard and another grab Carlos and take him away. Mojo chuckles and says that Billy Gato has guts and he's nuts.

Back at the high school Trivette is telling Walker about the meeting in the shop and Danny's lip.

Just then Carlos calls from his office (yes Carlos has an office with a desk plate) telling Walker that he has a name on the guy moving in so he's getting an address and then they're going in.

Walker tells Carlos to keep him informed.

Then we see Mr. Boltz enter the principal's office by request. "Mr. Miller" asks about Danny and Boltz says that Danny got into another fight, but since they solved the problem on their own he saw no need to report it.

Then Boltz commends "Mr. Miller" on his work to break up the fight and asks what military division he was in. Miller tells him and Boltz says he was military too. This gets Walker thinking, and he dismisses Boltz.

In the school yard one of the pusher boys is pressing his drugs on another who doesn't want to take them. The pusher hits the boys and begins to kick him.

"Dawson" breaks the fight and finds the drugs, and takes the pusher in. In the principal's office "Mr. Miller" is questioning the boy, but he won't give (he's having flashbacks of Boltz killing Henson) and Miller tells Dawson to turn in the kid.

Just then Ms. Renshaw comes in and praises "Mr. Miller" for the assembly and how the good kids are rising.

Miller then gets the idea to do a repeat performance.

The power team comes back to reinforce their message and we see Danny wavering again.

After the assembly Danny walks to the principal's office to find "Mr. Miller", but Mr. Boltz gets to him and Danny is too scared.

So Danny leaves the office and so does Boltz. "Mr. Miller" comes in moments after they have left, picks up the phone from Carlos and says he'll be there at the raid.

At the raid a man is thrown out the window and we see Carlos punching another perp. (and he's clean shaven now, must carry a razor in the car)

Walker gets a phone call from Trivette that Danny was cutting class and Boltz is gone too. Walker gets the address and heads to Danny's place.

On the roof of Danny's residence, Boltz has Danny and is pounding on him good telling Danny the consequences of crossing him.

At the apartment door Walker is calling out to Danny when he notices blood. Walker follows the blood to the roof and finds Boltz pounding Danny. Boltz lets Danny go.

Then he and Walker go at it.

Danny is on the ground in pain and afraid while the two fight.

The fight ends with Boltz over estimating and plunging to his death.

We then come back to the high school where the power team is once again performing and the message has been reached at this school.

Walker then introduces Ms Renshaw as the new principal cause she cares so much for the kids.
