DOWN AT THE ROUNDHoUSE

Roundhouse was a show that aired on Nickelodeon several years ago. It ran for four seasons throughout the years 1992-94. It was taped in Nickelodeon Studios in 1992, but then it was re-located to CBS Studios, Hollywood, California for the next three seasons. Roundhouse was a series made up of 52 episodes, compact with hilarious sketches, songs, and cool dance routines. In every episode, hidden behind the comedy and the laughter, was a valuable lesson related to any problem an everyday teenager deals with in everyday life. The cast changed slightly from year to year, as castmembers came and left. All of the castmembers were extremely talented, and entertained us for those few years. In my opinion, Roundhouse was one of the best television shows ever. I know that there are hundreds of Roundhouse fans out there in cyber world, and I hope you guys have been signing those petitions to get the show back on the air!  :-)

ROUNDHOUSE NEWS - THE GOOD

ATTENTION ALL ROUNDHOUSE FANS:
ROUNDHOUSE WILL AIR ON A SATURDAY IN OCTOBER OF '99!!   NICKELODEON IS CELBRATING THEIR NEW SNICK LINE-UP, AND THEY ARE SHOWING ALL OF THE OLD SNICK LINE-UPS, WHICH INCLUDE SHOWS SUCH AS REN AND STIMPY, ARE YOU AFRAID OF THE DARK, ALEX MACK, AND OF COURSE, ROUNDHOUSE!! WHEN I GET THE EXACT DATE, I WILL POST IT A.S.A.P.!!!

On Saturday, June 26 (1999), two episodes of Roundhouse aired on Nickelodeon to celebrate the network's 20th anniversary. The New Kid episode aired at 5:30pm (eastern time), and the War And Peace episode aired at 10:30pm (eastern time).

*extra* - other old Nickelodeon shows also aired on that weekend, including You Can't Do That On Television, Don't Just Sit There, Hi Honey, I'm Home, and The Adventures Of Pete And Pete.

ROUNDHOUSE NEWS - THE BAD

Roundhouse hasn't aired REGULARLY since 1995 when Nickelodeon showed re-runs on Sunday nights. BET (Black Entertainment Television) bought the rights (back in 1995) to show Roundhouse on their channel. Chances are, they WILL show it, eventually......but how many years are they going to wait?? Well, I decided I am going to call them up. As soon as I find out what is going on, I will post it on this web page.

There are many Roundhouse petitions out there on the Internet, and I hope you dedicated fans have been signing them and sending them in!!!
