History: Psychiatrist, Dr. Kevin Collins arrived in Port Charles in 1993. People were horrified at first, thinking he was his twin brother, Ryan. Like his psychotic brother, Kevin was immediatly fascinated with Felicia.
In 1994, Miss Lucy Coe came to him for counseling. They're relationship grew to much more than doctor-patiant! Lucy helped "Doc" realize he did not murder Grace, his former lover and the couple's love bloomed. After many tries and mishaps, Kevin and Lucy finally consumated their love in 1995.
Dr. Collins began studying the "twins theory" and suffered a mental setback, in 1996. Kevin began stalking Felicia, and we learned of hisheartbreaking childhood. Through his arrest and trial, Lucy stuck by him.
Recently, Kevin and Lucy brought Kevin's "closed-off" father, Victor, back to Port Charles. GH ran a series of tests on Victor, only to find that, after being presumed dead or insane all these years, He merely has a treatable chemical imbalance!
LATEST UPDATE: We almost lost our Kevin and his father, Victor to explosion they both are recovering nicely and rekindling a relationship. The "New and Improved Kevin" asked Lucy to marry him and she said yes!
