The Scratching Post is my cyber-scratch pad--a place to put some of my strange works and even stranger ideas.
It also allows me to experiment with HTML. :-)
If you don't like cartoons, please feel free to ignore the majority of my site. The things here pertain to one of my favorite cartoons/comics books. Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers is a Disney series that spawned video games and a comic book (which made nearly a 20 issue run in the U.S. before it was cancelled).
I'm following the K.I.S.S.* principle (at least on my main page), so most browsers should be able to view my site. There will be no large graphics, no fancy Shockwave stuff, no embeded MIDI files, no Java applets, or other things that eat up bandwidth like Monterey Jack eats up cheese. Besides, even though the people at GeoCities gave us 15 MB to work with, I want most of my space to be devoted to actual content (as opposed to a fancy package with little content ;). Those pop-ups & malfunctioning Javascripts aren't mine; they belong to Geocities, so just grin and bear 'em, okay? If you see any stray "watermarks", blame Yahoo! for putting them there.

09/12/2003: RRstuff went offline recently. I'm re-activating this location 'til I figure out what to do with GH/RR.
07/21/2009: Looks like GH/RR needs a new home (again), 'cause Yahoo! is pulling the plug on GeoCities come October 26th. The rest of the site will just go down with it...I refuse to pay Yahoo! to be my host :p
