niklovr
Hello all. My name is Dominiqua or niklovr to my fellow PCOers, aka Port Charles Online members, and I'm the webmistress of this page. I grew up in Mississippi and in 1989, moved to Los Angeles to go to UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television (notice the blue and yellow). Go BRUINS!!! Currently, I'm a paralegal, but that hasn't stopped my creative juices from flowing.
I became a soap opera fan at the tender age of two while playing with my Barbie at my grandmother's knee. I remember watching The Young and the Restless...Love of Life...All My Children...One Life to Live...and of course, General Hospital. General Hospital was my favorite because I loved that siren. In fact, I even had a toy ambulance which was equipped with a siren just like my favorite soap. As I matured, my interest in GH expanded beyond the siren. I began to have favorite characters...like Heather, Alan, Leslie, Bobbie and my first GH crush Scottie Baldwin (who will always be Scottie to me NEVER Scott.) I was there for the Luke and Laura craze, not that I had much choice since their mugs were all over the place during that time. Eventually, I took a break from GH, but now I'm back...taping it everyday and writing fan fic as much as I can.

Elie
My name is Dawn (Elie to my fellow PCO friends). I am from Northridge, CA (about 30 miles north of LA). I now live in Santa Barbara, CA with my family and work in financial analysis for the University of California campus there.
I have been watching GH for as long as I can remember and am still adicted to this day. I started writing fan fiction as a form of stress relief and it has stuck with me. I love creating alternative story lines for my favorite characters on GH.

Sos2
My name is Lynn (sos2 to the PCO Fan Fiction Board), and I've lived in San Francisco/Daly City all my life. I work as a secretary for our local utility company. I love to read, write, travel, and, of course, spend time at the computer!
I never knew I had an interest in writing fan fiction until, after watching an episode of GH last year when A.J. was talking to Lila, I realized the scene didn't continue the way I wanted it to! LOL! So, I sat at my computer and began to write one scene, and then another, until I realized I was putting a story together. Ironically, that's one I haven't finished, but I have completed two and am currently working on my third and fourth, simultaneously.
I've watched GH, as well as all of the ABC soaps, off and on for as long as I can remember. Soaps seem to have always been a part of my life.

Chelena (nu gurl)
I've been an avid GH fan since the age of 10, when I used to have to pick up my brother from school and we (me and my best friends Deborah and Deanna) would hydro-plane it home with my little brother in tow, just to get home by 3:15!!
I've always loved Luke and Laura, my other favorites were Robert, Scotty (he's still 'Scotty' to me, too!) and Blackie Parrish, of course (for his short stint). Jeff Webber and Joe Kelly became obsessions later on in life!
GH has always been my favorite soap - even though I was raised at my mother's knee with As The World Turns, Guiding Light, The Edge of Night and Search for Tomorrow. GH has always been the one I've loved because it's soooo real! It's still living up to its rep!
