BEN'S HOUSE: When she noticed Sara watching her practice her next memory, Maria accused her of spying on her. Sara responded that she was there to pick something up for the picnic and said that she hoped that they could learn to get along, for Ben and Meg's sake.
THE BEACH: Casey confessed to Sara that he's always found it easier to focus on others' problems than his own. Sara offered to help him with any problems he has.
BEN'S HOUSE: Maria found the ornaments in a box in the closet and planned to have her memory when she saw the star for the top of the tree. The guests arrived for the tree-trimming party. Maria brought the ornaments into the living room, which convinced Ben that Maria's memory was coming back because she was able to find the ornaments. Meg suggested that Maria put the star on the top of the tree. When she took the star in her hand, she began her next memory.
ST. JOSEPH'S: Antonio decided to find out where Juan Sanchez would be staying in Sunset Beach. He called the parishioner back, but got disconnected. Antonio told Gabi to stay in the sanctuary or go home while he met with Juan. After he left, an important phone call for Antonio came in, so she followed him to give him the message.
SOUTH BAY GENERAL: Sean told Emily that he loves her. Elsewhere, AJ was waiting to have the blood on the handkerchief analyzed when he saw Emily. AJ just missed seeing the necklace with the emerald when Sean wrapped a sweater around Emily's shoulders. He told Emily that he'd do anything he could to help her. AJ was speechless when he saw the test results. Meanwhile, Amy offered to do anything she could to help Emily, an offer that amazed Bette.
THE BEACH: Emily told Sean that she loves him, too, and he said that he wouldn't trade a minute of their time together for anything. Meanwhile, AJ showed the report to Francesca, and told her that the blood wasn't human blood, and the lab couldn't even identify the source of the blood. AJ admitted that he's only seen this once in his travels, and it's pure evil. AJ saw a body floating face down in the ocean, and feared it was Cole.
A BOAT: Antonio arrived at the boat where he was supposed to be meeting Juan, but it looked like no one had been there in a long time. Gabi arrived to give Antonio the message, and they got locked in the hold of the boat.
