RICHARDS HOUSE: Caitlin fantasized that when Cole went to see AJ, a negligee-clad Francesca smooched him up.
INN AT SUNSET BEACH: Cole and AJ tried to find Dr. Brock, but he wasn't listed in the San Francisco phone book. Just after Cole left, Caitlin called looking for him. AJ claimed that he didn't know where Cole had gone.
LIFEGUARD HEADQUARTERS: Tyus came to see Michael to say that he wouldn't be leaving Sunset Beach. He tried to convince Michael that both he and Vanessa would take that night back if they could, but Michael didn't believe that Tyus meant it.
SURF CENTRAL: Vanessa and Meg told Casey about the night Vanessa and Tyus took the hallucinogen. Later, Virginia told Vanessa that she had an idea to help her get back together with Michael -- putting her baby up for adoption. When she refused, Virginia suggested that Vanessa willingly slept with Tyus.
SOUTH BAY GENERAL: Olivia called Gregory. When she overheard Nurse Stacy yelling at him to turn off his phone, she realized that he'd taken Trey to the hospital. Gregory promised to make Trey his son no matter what the paternity test says. Meanwhile, Russell told Annie that she couldn't know what it's like to be hated by someone she really cared about, so she told him about how she always wanted Del to love her, but that he never did. She offered to make all of the awful things she did to him up to him, if he'll help her. When Olivia came to find Gregory, Nurse Stacy told her that she saw Gregory outside the lab. A doctor began performing the blood test, but Olivia interrupted them.
LIFEGUARD HEADQUARTERS: Casey stopped Michael and Tyus from coming to blows. After Tyus left, Casey told Michael that he knows that Tyus is the father of Vanessa's baby. He tried to make Michael understand how difficult it was for Vanessa to tell Michael the truth, and encouraged him to stay with her.
OLIVIA'S HOUSE: Cole came to talk to Bette about the night that Olivia lost the baby. He told her that the baby might not be dead. Bette argued with him, saying that Olivia couldn't have faked her grief when she lost the baby, and Cole replied that she might not have known that her baby was alive. He told her that he's looking for Olivia's baby because AJ wants to find him for her. Bette gave Cole the name of Dr. Brock's nurse -- Florence Kennedy.
INN AT SUNSET BEACH: Bette overheard AJ telling Francesca that Cole wasn't interested in her, and her response that maybe AJ was interested in her. When she confronted Francesca about this, Francesca said that sleeping with several members of the same family was Cole's territory -- not hers, which proved to Bette that Francesca knew about Cole and Olivia's affair.
RICHARDS HOUSE: Cole told Caitlin that he took the job with AJ and was being sent out of town on a business trip. Caitlin said that she was going with him, but he convinced her not to come with him by pointing out that Trey had an ear infection and that they both shouldn't be gone at the same time.
VANESSA & MICHAEL'S APARTMENT: Vanessa came home to find Michael moving out.
