SEA BREEZE MOTEL: Francesca confessed to Cole that she was worried about what Bernie and Hillary will do when they find that she's the one who stole the jewels. She also told him that it may take longer than she thought to get the final jewels, because Phillip sold them to a Lance Hodges, and she can't find Lance Hodges anywhere. Cole solved the problem when he told her that if they can find the rubies, they'll have Mr. Hodges.

INN AT SUNSET BEACH: AJ told Olivia that when he saw her again after so long, she touched a part of his heart that hasn't been touched since the last time they had seen each other. He then asked to know what she's holding back from him. Olivia turned AJ's questions back on him by asking him about his activities for the past 20 years -- including Leo's mother. AJ finally offered to compromise with her: they will reveal their secrets to each other little by little. Then AJ gave Olivia a ruby necklace.

OUTSIDE: Tim was in such a hurry to get to the wedding that he got pulled over by Officer Ruiz. He talked his way out of the ticket, but when Officer Ruiz saw Annie, he stopped them from leaving because Annie had 15 outstanding tickets. Tim convinced the officer to let them go by promising to bring her around to pay her fines immediately after the wedding.

ST. JOSEPH'S: When Maria opened the door to the sanctuary, her heel broke. She closed the door just as Ben glimpsed her in the doorway. Meanwhile, Antonio began the wedding.

Maria decided that she couldn't go in without washing her hands first, so she went down the hall to wash her hands. While she was in the restroom, Maria prayed for Ben and Meg's marriage, and for her to remember her identity. When she went to leave, she found that she was locked in.

As Joan read a Bible passage (1 Corinthians 13), we see the congregation relating to and reflecting on the loves in their lives. Antonio then read his own bible passage.

When Antonio asked that fateful question, if anyone objected to the union he was about to perform, Carmen stood up and voiced her opinion on the matter. Ricardo tried to get his mother to leave, but she pulled the gun out of her purse! Ricardo disarmed her, and it turned out that the gun wasn't loaded. Carmen warned Meg against marrying Ben, just before Antonio and Ricardo escorted her from the sanctuary. Ricardo took her home, while Antonio resumed the ceremony.

Annie and Tim arrived. When Annie heard that Antonio was in the middle of the ceremony, she realized that Maria must be in trouble. Armed with his photo of Maria and Annie, Tim went in to interrupt the ceremony.
