When I try to enter the chatroom, it says, Disconnected: This user name requires a password. Please enter the correct password or pick a different user name. What should I do?

Response from Kim Sykes of XOOM Inc. (which powers the chat): "Unfortunately, XOOM has about 2.5 million members, so it is a very high possibility that any name you choose may be reserved by a XOOM member. There are only 3 solutions to this problem that are sure fire. Choose a name that includes random number and letter combinations, add a number or symbol to the end of your name or set up your own free XOOM account to assure that you'll have a name of your choosing whenever you try to log in to chat."
