The PTCBO award is award was started in the summer of 1999 by the site masters of the PTCBO. To apply for the award please fill out the form below. THe award recipients will be chosen by the PTC panel of Halibut Souffle, Rice, and Daria. Upon recept of this award your site will recieve a link amd a complimentary picture that says your site has met the PTCBO's high standards. What are these standards, you may ask. Well, they are that your site is orginal, creative, and that the webmaster supports free speech on the internet, television, etc.
