Works under the supervision of Adam Schiff, the district attorney.
Has had affairs with most of his female assistants, possibly including Claire Kincaid.
McCoy married one of the assistants he had an affair with.
We know that he had affairs with Sally Bell and Diana Hawthorne.
McCoy has one daughter.
He has a tendency to "push the envelope" regarding correct ethical behavior. Thus far, he's managed to keep it legal.
