Another day, Another Haven

I think I have totally forgotten any HTML I used to know. Well it hasn't gotten quite that bad, but I will have to do some HTML and java script exercises to get back in the game of caring for a website. If anyone out there looking to help someone in need, well then, um, "Help!" yah I think that covers it. Anyway, since I still have neglected to scan those photos I have promised so I'll just put up some quotes. I would like to say that they're mostly from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. ---><--- So if your not a fan, READ THEM ANYWAY! They're there for a reason........

............And no the reason is not for me to be obnoxious. I accomplish that fine on my own thank you. :-P So where shall we start, oh okay here then:

Passion, it lies in all of us
Sleeping
Waiting
And though unwanted, unbidden
It will stir
Open it's jaws
And howl.....

It speaks to us, guides us,
Passion rules us all,
And we obey,
What other choice do we have....

Passion is the source of our finest moments,
the joy of love,
the clarity of hatred,
and the ecstasy of grief...

If we could live without passion....maybe we'd know some kind of peace,
But we would be hollow,
Empty rooms, shuddered and dank,
without passion...we'd be truly dead.

"There are moments in your life that make you, that set the course of who your going to be
Sometimes they're little, subtle moments,
Sometimes they're not....."

Night came on and the full moon rose high over the trees, lighting the land till it lie bathed in ghostly day,

when the strain of the primitive remained alive and active, faithfullness and devotion, things born of fire and roof were his,

yet he retained his wildness and wilyness

And from the depths of the forest, the call still sounded.

(That happens to be one of my fav. passages from Call of the Wild which everyone should read along with Where the Red Fern Grows and the Tom Savage novel/thriller Valentine which coincidentally will come out in movie form this Valentine's day, or at least they hope it will)

In the forest of the night

We forged a love so bright

It set afire the moonlight

and spread to the wolf's sight

captured in the call of love

the animal took to howling

and all that heard stood stock still

for loves strongest power

is it's will.

(That's just a little of my own poetry(I do occasionally write)

~"Botttom line is, even if you see 'em coming, you're not ready for the big moments. No one asks for their life to change, but it does. So what are we Helpless? Puppets? No, the big moments are going to come, you can't help that. It's what you do afterwards that counts. That's when you find out who you are, you'll see what I mean."~
