1) Take the first 3 letters of your middle name.

2) Take the first letter of your name.

3) Take the last three letters of your last name.

(That is your first name. For example, Your name is Jon Thomas Smith. Your first name would be Thojith)

4) To get your last name, take the first three letters of the street you live on. (If you live on a numbered street (ie: 1st Ave) use the spelling of the number instead.)

5) Take the first two letters, of your mother's maiden name.

6) Take the last four letters of your Father's mother's name.
