| Background: For years now the students of Florida are plagued by the dreaded FCAT or as I call is FCRAP. FCAT (which stands for Florida's Comprehensive Assessment Test or in actually F*cking Children through Another Test) in my opinion is a waste of time. Originally it's purpose was for solely Seniors in high school to take the test and would in turn decide whether they could graduate or not. **cough B.S. cough** In my personal opinion, it's made so that students who spent 12 or even more years in high school only to be stopped by this "TEST" |
