Not long ago a Scout in Troop 125 donated books to deployed soldiers in the Middle East as an Eagle Scout project. A grateful response was sent to us recently by a recipient, and we thank him for allowing us to post his story.

My name is Ken Miller and I am a Captain in the US Air Force assigned to US Central Command.

I was deployed to Doha, Qatar for several months and I found a book in our recreation room
that was donated by Boy Scout Troop 125.  The book donation was part of an
Eagle Scout project.  I am an Eagle Scout myself and I was proud to see
another Eagle Scout's project benefiting our troops.  Thanks again for your
hard work and the contributions you made to support our troops.
