Here are the main rules that you have to follow.
1. The use of a Gameshark is legal as long as you follow the Gameshark Rules after the rules. 2. You may not say a time that you have not gotten and if me or anyone else hears you did and I find out that it is true then all your times any links and any personal dediations will be banned till I see it fit when you've leanred your lesson. 3. You may question my time since I am gonna take them down soon but am gonna keep up my best times page which is at the moment down due to it being erased some how on my computer and I uploaded the empty file.
4. To me it isn't about whose the best it's about who is the most honest so some legable proof will have to be provided if possible and if not then you'll have to explain how you got it real well. Proof is only required if I ask for it. If you want to prove it and I don't ask for it then that's ok. 5. Any means of stopping from having to do an objective is legal except with use of GameShark. This is said because Courier you can beat the level in 11 seconds with taking away objectives without gameshark but without taking them away your time is 1 minute higher for Agent and even more for Secret Agent and 00 Agent.
6. Last rule is have..........fun
Here are the Gameshark rules
1. The lowdown here is that you can't use Walkthrough Walls, No Collisions, or any other cheat that makes you walk through objects.
2. You can use cheats that allow invulnerability and/or Bullet Proof Bond as long as you don't have a cheat that allows enemy health modifier.
3. One cheat the definately shouldn't be used is a cheat that makes Bond run faster at all.
4. The use of weapon cheats and infinite ammunition for guns is illegal.
5. Can't use cheats that freezes guys or kills them or make them disappear.
6. Also the use of codes that make an objective complete is totally illegal
