July 1, 2001: Well, the new kids have been here almost two weeks and we are making
quite a bit of head way. Lots of grooming, spraying, ground games,
riding, spraying, water hoses, ground games and, of course, more
riding and grooming. Until the horses are in better condition the
trail rides are close to home and easy. The altitude takes some
getting used to. Most of them think the riding arena is a pen but they
