Just to confirm all the rumors about 100% completion, this is what happens when you get 100%.
You unlock 3 bodyguards in the den of your mansion. All you have to do is
walk into a pink marker, and for a small fee, these guys will follow you
around. You can have all three at once, and they will even go in vehicles
with you.
These guys all pack Uzis, and will shoot anything you even fire one shot
at. They'll gun down anyone that attacks you, except for cops. With these
guys, I could kill everyone in the Malibu and only get a few stars. They
do all the killing.
You also
get this 'Frankie' outfit. It is just a shirt and pants that reads: I
completed Vice City and all I got was this lousy t-shirt.
You also
are capable of having 200 health and 200 body armor.
I don't have a picture to prove these next two, but you also get 200% vehicle health, and infinite ammo for any weapon you use. The bad thing about the infinite ammo is that you cannot use the remote bombs. If you use one, you are stuck with a remote selected until you die or get busted.
