Before television there were books to entertain the masses. The advent of television brought the demise of trips to the library and going to the bookstore for hours to read a book because they were too expensive to buy. The advance in technology brining home computers, Segas, and Nintendo, further added to the decrease in brain food. But then, television and the theaters began running out of ideas and where did they turn? To the classics. But as good as some of them are, the originals are still better. These books are must reads, for entertainment, for education, for passing the time creatively. Chose one, curl up in a chair, with soft music playing and a cup of something good, and enjoy.
