I know that this is weird but I cannot save exe file in geocities. The file thai.gz above is actually thai.exe. Please rename it after download.

Follow what the readme file tell you... if it does not start, put thaikbd.exe's shortcut in the startup folder. You might have trouble with ICQ. If so, kill it and restart it again.
