I was born in Moscow on the 29th of February 1972. I've taken my first
music lessons in the age of seven. Then I went to the music school
and after finishing the school I entered the Moscow Music College.
I continued my education in Russian Academy of Music
from 1992 to 1997. I studied with Prof. Irina V. Lozben and
Prof. Vladimir L. Kudrya who taught me
proper breathing and gave me the sense of how to be imaginative and
technically good at the same time.
In May 1997 I graduated from the Academy having obtained the Master degree.
Since 1994 I had been working in several symphonic orchestras (conducted
by Rozhdestvensky, Dudarova, Polyansky, Gorenstein, Ziva).
I had been on tours with these orchestras in
Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Japan, Slovakia, Slovenia etc.
I have been giving regularly recitals and also ensemble concerts since 1995.
I took several lessons in Europe from professors Eberhard
Grunentahl (Hochschule fur Musik "Hans Eisler" Berlin, Germany), Petri Alanko
(Sibelius Music Academy Helsinki, Finland; principal flutist of Finnish Radio
Symphony Orchestra), Robert Winn (Hochschulle fur Musik "Franz Liszt"Weimar,
Germany; principal flutist of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London, England).
I took part in "Markneukirchen'98" Flute competition (Germany), where I
managed to discuss my playing with such famous flutists as Peter-Lukas Graf
and Susan Milan(Royal College of Music, London, England).
I took part in "Master Class for flute in Zurich" (Switzerland) in 1999 and
2000 as an active participant under supervision of brilliant flutist
Marina Piccinini (USA).
Since 1997 I am a flute teacher at the Moscow musical school
and since 2001 I work in jazz college "Consort".
Some of my pupils have received the awards on musical
reviews and competitions.
I am a diplomant of the International Competition "Music without limits" in Druskininkai (Lithuania).
