Beauty

Females from all ages ranged from 10-70 wish to have a glamorous face and I believe you have relevant experience in using cosmetic products; eventually you may notice these products are not as effective and useful as advertised; and, these products are costly.

**Note: use small amount on small area of skin is suggested for testing and stop immediately if itchy and redness occur. Methods below only help to improve skin condition. Since they are all natural material, do not expect a baby-like-skin overnight**

Let us go back to the basic and I am happy here to introduce:

Cleanser
It is essential to clean your face thoroughly after each make-up preferable with cleansing milk. Retain wetness right after by toner (or essence) with one or two drops of lemon juice.

Facial Scrub
If time permits, scrub your face twice weekly by pure olive oil and sugar (yes, s-u-g-a-r). Mix sugar (small amount only) with pure olive oil, apply and massage your face gently. It is reminded to rub it with your finger tips in circle, gently and not too hard but avoid soft skin near your eyes. Wash and rinse it gently with mild/moisturising soap and water.

Trust me: you may discover your face refreshing, clean and tidy. Try it out and share your experience with me.

Pure Canola Oil (¥o)
It sounds risky to put canola oil on your face uh?

In fact Canola Oil is produced from canola seed. Because it is light and clear, with no distinctive flavor, canola oil is ideal for salad dressings, frying, a substitute for butter, baking......amazingly, for beauty too. It helps to retain wetness, remove spots, frickles and fine lines.

I have to emphasis that only "pure" canola oil is suggested. Most products available in supermarkets are industrial oil which is not recommended for cooking but external use will be fine.

How does it work? Use it as a day or night cream and it is suitable from dry to oily skin. Apply just one or two drops and gently massage your face in circle movement. Do not rub your face hard especially soft skin around eyes.

Email me if you want to know where to purchase pure canola oil in town since this is not an advertisement.

Homemade Mask by Natural Ingredients
In dealing with extremely dry, sensitive and rough skin, it is suggested to prepare a mask mixed with natural ingredients on a weekly basis. It is very simple and can be ready in a few minutes:
I have been using olive oil for two winters and it works perfectly. Try it out and enjoy.
