St Winifred's Well

building down a path which would be perfect if it wasn’t for the fact that the
path is a public footpath, and the well a celebrated local curiosity. Spoilt
by the lack of privacy.
- Gwyneth Morgan: Perhaps winter is the best time to experience the well? We spent Christmas
here one year and saw only one elderly gentleman walking his dog, plus the
dog and cat from the nearby farm. Nipping out to the outside bathroom when
it's dark and blowing a gale is interesting!
