GENERAL STUFF
Meet Michiru (Mi-chi-loo). This graceful and elegant girl is Sailorneptune (セーラーネプチューン). She is very artistic. At the beginning of the S season, Michiru finds herself fighting as a third party against Professor Tomoe and the Sailor Soldiers, who are fighting against each other. Neptune is very cold and distant from the Inner Soldiers and even when they become closer, she remains very quiet and usually just backs up whatever Haruka has to say. Unlike Haruka, Michiru doesn't form any noteworthy bonds with the girls except some small instances with Ami and Rei, but she is not rude. She is always at Haruka's side, as she is Haruka's girlfriend. She is the epitome of grace and femininity. She goes to Mugen Gauken Academy, just like Haruka and Hotaru. She's extremely competetive. She swam a race against Ami and accused her of slowing down so that it'd be a draw. Michiru is a wonderful violin player. She was even ivited to do a joint concert with the Three Lights, live! There was a very interesting scene where Haruka and Usagi entered Michiru's dressing room and found Seiya and Michiru there...
MY OPINION
I like Michiru. ^_^ I think she's very classy and regal. She's got a hint of arrogance, but I can get over that because of her caring and loving attitude for those who are a friend. Again, the green plays a part in my bias here, hehe. ^_~ Actually, like Ami, it depends on the artist. Sometimes she can be downright ugly with her hair an icky shade of blue/green, other times she is stunning with deeper green hair. Her dresses are always knock-you-over perfect and tend to be a bit excessive feminine. The above pic, though, is from a costume party and not what I'm talking about. Michiru has a mass of talents in the arts such as: painting, playing the violin, and dancing. Being smart, talented, and pretty makes her a very pleasant lady. Not that she is bland or all sugar and spice! Michiru has an emotional side, too: showing hurt at Haruka's initial rejection and, later, anger at Haruka's refusal to take her place as a Soldier. Neptune is not weak; her power is strong and steady. Her teal-green fuku is the best in my not so humble opinion. And those shoes are in excellent taste. Now, I do have one gripe. What is with those horrid bows?! It's a hideous clash and not at all elegant. Maybe a white or offwhite would have been better. Sort of like the froth on a wave or something. Oh well, I'm not a fashion designer. I just like being a critic, mwaha. ^^;
MY OPINION
Neptune Planet Power, make up!
Michiru says this and holds out her henshin stick to transform into Sailorneptune and Super Sailorneptune.

MY OPINION
Deep Submerge!
Sailorneptune creates a greenish-blue mini-planet and hurls it, along with a wave, at an enemy.

Submarine Reflection!
Sailorneptune lifts her mirror and uses it to reflect a special light that reveals a weak point on an enemy or reveals a certain truth.
