Project: Real Time Speech Compression using Transform Coding on DSP TME320E15

The Project involved compression of speech by using the TMS320E15 Digital Signal Processor as a tool.
The basic hardware is built around TMS320E15. Speech compression was obtained from an initial speech bitrate
of 64kbps and 25 kbps speech was found to have optimum quality in terms of bit rate and intelligibility.
