Here's a little bit about me for all you relatives, friends and stalkers...
For starters, I am a recent graduate from the best school in the world, Virginia Tech. My background is in Food Science, so what better place to have my first job than the world's largest food company: Nestlé. Don't get too excited though, I don't actually make chocolate bars. I spend my time with a lot of frozen meat and veggies for Stouffer's and Lean Cuisine dishes. My official title is Quality Assurance Technologist for Nestlé's newest plant in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Yup, that's right, folks... Arkansas - The Natural State... whatever that means.
Aside from supplying the world with their frozen dinner needs, my hobbies include playing with my puppy, Curtis and being a HUGE Hokie Football fan. My dedication to my Hokies would include my former membership in the greatest band in the land: "The Spirit of Tech," The Marching Virginians. I'm also an alumnae of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, and a former RA on Virginia Tech's beautiful campus (you can't tell that I miss the place, can you?).
My favorite mindless activities include watching The Young and the Restless (yes, I've been known to tape *shrug*) and making bizzare crotcheted presents for everyone. Here's a picture of a fuzzy blanket I made for my Grandma this past winter. =]

Personality: Kind of Meg Ryan-ish from some of her comedic roles. If you watch "French Kiss" (one of my all-time favorite movies) you'll get a good idea. I like to think that I'm well-balanced and have a good sense of humor, but doesn't everyone think that about themselves for the most part?
Life goals: In addition to a long list of little things, I would really like to someday write a novel, and to live near the ocean. My guess is that the first will be a result of the second.
Highest Values: Faith, Relationships and Passion for Life.
Greatest Joys: Summer evenings with my family in West Virginia, Nighttime football in Lane Stadium, music at full volume in the car, random phone calls from friends, Steeler's games with my Dad, the list goes on....
