Part Time Customer Service Representative
Position Description:
1. Responsible for resolving users` inquiries, disputes, complaints and ensuring users satisfaction
2. Document and update requests for support to come up with the resolution.
3. Act as a liaison between users and various internal departments
4. Provide technical support to end users on game and other related issues
5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment
6. Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues
