Where were you on May 23rd, 1980 at 7:00 pm? If you're a graduate of this class, you were sitting in alphabetical order on a very comfortable metal folding chair in the middle of a football field, probably contemplating which party you were going to that night, wondering if Dr. Robert E. Rea's commencement address would end before the few light rain drops coming down would turn to downpour, (Wasn't that speech like 5 hours long?) and thinking about how proud and relieved your parents must be.
