1913 Issue

This engraved issue was produced by the South American Bank Note Company of Buenos Aires. The stamps were issued on March 1, 1913. Although I shall show the quantity printed as recorded, I suspect that an extra 0 has crept into the report and thus the stated quantity is too large by a factor of 10.
