This country is a very interesting one to collect and I would be interested in corresponding with other collectors interested in this area.

I am in the process of writing a handbook for this country. I would appreciate hearing from others who collect this area so that the information I have can be checked and verified. The period to be covered in the handbook is from Spanish Colonial times to 1940.

I am in the process of recording every article and book on the stamps, postal history and history of Paraguay and shall be pleased to send a copy to anyone interested for additions, corrections and comments.
