there to scribble your  thoughts. The words add up and you
feel better. Write  them down, then let them go.

USE YOUR IMAGINATION
When you're overwhelmed by a problem close your
eyes for a minute and make a quick escape to a
beautiful place. Imagine yourself  sitting on a bench
beneath leafy green trees, next to a gently babbling 
brook. Then, picture yourself dropping your problem
into the water and  watching it drift downstream until
it's out of sight. Doing this often  brings great results
and relief.
