First off, can you tell us your real name?:

*she sits at a small table in the girls bunkroom, a deck of tarot cards before her. She looks up at you, her dark eyes seeming warm and welcoming. She speaks with a strong Romania accent* I am Emilia Salazar.

Do you have a nickname? If so, how'd you get it?:

*she runs a hand through her dark, wavy hair* Some of my caravan, Gyspies that is, use to call me Indigo, because to them I was the most exotic and daring of the group.

Do you know your age? Birthday?:

*she laughs* You Americans must be forgetful. I am seventeen years old and I was born on July 15, 1886.

Can you describe your looks?:

My you ask alot of questions and besides being forgetful you must be blind also. I have long, dark brown, wavy hair and dark brown almost black eyes. My skin is tanned from being out in the sun all day long. Being a Gypsy I use to wear a short, black lace skirt, a white belly shirt that hung off the shoulders, and a pair of knee-high boots. I now wear a pale blue blouse and a dark brown cotton skirt given to me by Melanie . My height is fairly average being only 5'6 and im fairly thin with not much muscle.

What's your personality like?:

What does my personality seem like to you? Well if you must have me tell you I shall. My grandma Mimi Baltzar once described my personality as being that like candy, being that I am as sweet as I look. I am not one to fight, physically or verbally and will avoid a fight in anyway possible. I am also very emotional and will cry easily. Besides being sweet and emotional I am also very adventurous and free hearted. My father and brothers believed that I was like a tiger in that I do not like to be placed in a cage. I enjoy seeing new sights and meeting new people.

Got any friends?:

I was immediately befriended by Melanie.

What about a significant other?:

*she smiles as she thinks about him* My heart immediately fell to Empire.

Any family?:

I did, my entire caravan was my family, including my blood relatives. We all traveled and performed together. We came here to New York to perform and tell fortunes, the usual, but I was ever the adventurous one and wandered off. I had always longed to come to New York and wished to..oh how do you say...to see the sights. I had seen your state in books but never envisioned it to be so big and soon became lost, my caravan leaving without me. *sighs deeply*

What was your past like?:

*she smiles* Well I was born in Romaina and lived there for several years before my caravan moved the United States. We traveled from place to place, performing, dancing, telling fortunes and doing tricks for audiences. At a very early age I learned to dance, ride horses, weave, read palms, use tarot cards to tell the future and many other things. But with that comes a lifetime of hard work and dedication and a love for the Gypsies customs and traditions. With traveling though comes heartbreak though when you leave a place which you have come to love and I would have my heart broken every time we would leave a place.

Anything else you want to say about yourself?:

I enjoy dancing and meeting new people. I also love horse back riding and telling fortunes. I also like just to take walks and look at the sights of a place or city. I am also an excellent seamstress and cook, if I may so. For now though I believe I have talked enough, my tongue has gotten the best of me. *with that she goes back to her cards*
